Job Description
Detailers are critical to our success at FritoLay! Our Detailers are responsible for merchandising FritoLay’s complete line of quality products in local stores. As a Detailer, you will drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations, retrieve Frito-Lay products from the backs of stores, and ensure that our products are both fresh and attractive to our customers when out in the store. This is the perfect role for someone who is interested in part-time work! Although you will start out as a Detailer for FritoLay, we are investing in helping you grow with us. This job can open the door to career opportunities with us or our parent company, PepsiCo.
Responsibilities:
- Driving to assigned locations in your personal vehicle (we’ll provide mileage reimbursement while you’re on the clock)
- Checking in and out with manager on duty
- Merchandising cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products
- Rotating products and removing defective and out-of-date products
- Tidying up shelves and displays, knocking down boxes and disposing of any waste
- Assembling and disassembling of temporary displays
We operate 24 hours a day, which means you may not have a typical schedule, and our jobs are physical! We transform store aisles, end caps, and displays into works of art, from the lowest shelf to the highest shelf, so you can expect to be on your feet for a majority of your shift.
Minimum Qualifications:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You will be required to work on weekends, holidays, as well as off shift
- You have reliable or personal transportation to work
- You have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
- You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
- You are able to lift 15 to 40 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
Our application takes 20-25 minutes to finish on any device. Our mission is to get you in for an interview instead of jumping through hoops. Just keep an eye on your e-mail, and we will take care of the rest.
All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.

Which food & beverage companies sponsor F-1 CPT visas in Arizona?
Shamrock Foods, one of the largest food distributors in the Southwest, has a significant Arizona presence and has historically engaged students in operations and logistics roles. Large resort and hospitality groups in the Phoenix-Scottsdale metro, along with food manufacturing facilities in Tucson and Mesa, are also known to work with F-1 CPT students. CPT eligibility ultimately depends on your school's authorization and whether the role qualifies as integral to your program of study.
Which cities in Arizona have the most food & beverage F-1 CPT sponsorship jobs?
Phoenix and Scottsdale concentrate the highest volume of food and beverage CPT opportunities, driven by a dense hospitality industry, food distribution hubs, and corporate office functions. Tucson offers openings in food manufacturing and agricultural processing tied to the University of Arizona's student population. Tempe and Mesa also see consistent activity given their proximity to Arizona State University and established supply chain infrastructure in the East Valley.
What types of food & beverage roles typically qualify for F-1 CPT sponsorship?
Roles that connect directly to your academic program are most likely to qualify for CPT authorization. In food and beverage, that commonly includes food science and quality control positions, supply chain and operations analyst roles, food safety compliance, nutrition research, and hospitality management internships. General labor or purely manual production roles are less likely to meet the curricular relevance standard your Designated School Official will assess before authorizing CPT.
How do I find food & beverage F-1 CPT sponsorship jobs in Arizona?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international students and filters jobs by visa type, including F-1 CPT, and by industry, so you can browse food and beverage openings in Arizona without sorting through roles that won't support your work authorization. Beyond Migrate Mate, your university's career center is a practical resource since DSO offices often maintain employer relationships specific to CPT-eligible positions in your field.
Are there any Arizona-specific considerations for F-1 CPT sponsorship in food & beverage?
Arizona's food and beverage sector has strong ties to agriculture, distribution, and resort hospitality, which shapes the types of CPT roles available. The state does not impose additional work authorization requirements beyond federal F-1 CPT rules, but Arizona's desert climate drives seasonal demand patterns, particularly in resort food service around Phoenix and Scottsdale. Students at ASU, University of Arizona, or Thunderbird should confirm CPT timelines with their DSO well before an intended start date, as processing windows vary by institution.
