INTRODUCTION
Overall Purpose: Responsible for development and attainment of sales and service objectives through subordinate sales personnel within an assigned geographic area.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervises sales and support staff, including responsibility for hiring, training, developing, disciplining and contributing to decision making regarding discharge of subordinate employees.
- Oversees Inventory and Compliance of subordinates including licensure, permits and documentation is per policy and procedure.
- Will have fleet vehicle management responsibilities.
- Interacts with other departments and vendors to resolve issues and develop strategic plans.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelors degree preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years, customer facing, sales experience, 3-5 years management experience preferred.
Supervisory: Yes.

Our Associate Director In Home Sales earn between $77,400 - $96,800 + $55,200 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met.
