About The Role
We're looking for a dynamic and engaging Food & Beverage Attendant with a flair for bartending to join our team! As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding service, creating memorable dining and drinking experiences, and building strong relationships with guests. Whether you're shaking up cocktails, recommending a wine pairing, or connecting with guests with your natural charisma, you'll play an essential role in bringing our bar concepts to life.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- To be fully conversant with all services, offers, promotions and facilities offered by the hotel
- Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation
- Engage and connect with guests, making them feel welcomed with your outgoing personality and ease of conversation
- Following international and local Bar and Drink trends
- Closely follow and complete opening and closing procedures and check lists
- Serve alcohol responsibly and report any concerns to duty manager immediately
Qualifications
A successful candidate will have:
- Current Food & Beverage experience in hotel environment or similar fast-paced environment
- A valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- The ability to create a positive first impression
- The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Mixologist / cocktail bar background
- Wine knowledge highly advantageous
