What types of waste management and environmental services roles typically qualify for F-1 CPT sponsorship?

Are there state-specific or industry-specific considerations for F-1 CPT sponsorship in Michigan's environmental sector?
Michigan's proximity to the Great Lakes means a significant share of environmental work involves water quality, contaminated site remediation, and PFAS-related compliance, areas where federal and state regulatory activity is high.
