In this role, you will proactively identify, organize, and lead program activities and stakeholders to deliver impactful business, operational, and technical improvements. You will be responsible for scoping, phasing, and leading ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges, ensuring alignment of senior stakeholders across various departments. You will manage a team of EHS Program Managers to ensure a consistent and uniform approach to EHS program implementation across the region.
