Basic Operations:
Packaging, transporting pallets, installing rolls on the machine, unwinding the roll, cutting the roll, making entries of roll entering the warehouse, pouring raw materials into the machine hoppers, produce fluffs, filling and transporting agglomerate sacks, taking manufactured products to the product warehouse by reading their barcodes, arranging product packages in the warehouse, loading and unloading products and other equivalent tasks of a similar nature.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Process Element task is covered by basic labor. Therefore, no skills required jobs include packaging, transporting, installing rolls on the machine, unwinding the roll, cutting the roll, making entries of rolls entering the warehouse, pouring raw materials into the machine hopper, crimping, filling and transporting agglomerate sacks, taking manufactured products to the product warehouse by reading their barcodes, arranging product packages in the warehouse, loading and unloading products and other equivalent jobs of a similar nature.
- Ensuring that production is carried out in accordance with the production schedule.
- To ensure that the products produced are made in accordance with the quality plan.
- To notify the superior of events that may disrupt the production.
- Not to reduce the production speed below the standards.
- To inform his superior about the deficiencies or non-conformities he has detected in the machines.
- To ensure that the package quantities are accurate and error-free during the production period.
- To make sure the machine, the tables and machine surfaces are clean.

- To not stick barcodes on bags unnecessarily.
- To take the mold waste from the machines to the Recycling department by means of a Shredder car.
- To ensure that production continues without stopping by installing the rolls in accordance with the production program determined for each roll brought behind the thermoformer, and at the same time to ensure that the installed rolls are taken to the recycling unit by cutting out the inappropriate parts.
- To keep the machine areas clean.
- To ensure that the equipment they use is well-maintained and clean.
- To detect the malfunctions and deficiencies of the equipment they use and to inform his superior.
- When 3/4 of the rolls attached to the machine have been used, to attach the second roll to the machine to prevent the rolls from rubbing and gain static electricity against each other.
