As we continue to grow, we are looking for new, skilled finish carpenters to join our talented team! The ideal candidate must have relevant experience, enjoy hands-on work, and have a desire to learn constantly.

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to oversee and execute a wide range of construction projects. This role combines hands-on expertise with strong leadership, from start to finish, while coordinating trades and ensuring high-quality workmanship. Your skills and experience will be key to delivering efficient, high-quality results across diverse projects.

Duties

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to establish project timelines, scope, and resource requirements.
• Perform detailed construction estimating to accurately forecast costs, materials, and labor needs for each project phase.
• Execute a wide range of carpentry tasks, including trim carpentry, framing, cabinetry installation, door hanging, siding, stucco application, and roofing.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes such as fixture mounting, electrical wiring, plumbing setups, masonry work, and tile laying.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
