Prepares food items to order according to approved standardized recipes for three-meal restaurant, steak and sushi restaurant and/or banquets. Ensures that all food served is of the highest quality and that it is served to the guest in a timely manner. This is a fast-paced position.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel or freestanding restaurant required (at least two years cook experience)
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Food Service Sanitation Standards
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of standard kitchen equipment and its use
- Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
- Must have (or be willing to obtain) Clark County Food Handler Safety Training Card.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
