About the Role
We’re looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our production team. This is an entry-level position with no prior manufacturing experience required. We hire for attitude and train for skill. If you’re a hard worker who shows up, follows instruction well, and takes pride in what you do, we want to meet you.
Depending on production needs, you may be placed in one or more areas of our operation, including product assembly, sheet metal fabrication, component pre-assembly, order picking and pulling, or packing and shipping. We’ll match you to the work that fits best and invest in your growth from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble products or sub-components using hand and power tools
- Support sheet metal fabrication and component pre-assembly operations
- Pick, pull, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Follow work orders, blueprints, and supervisor direction accurately
- Work toward daily and weekly production goals safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
