ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Experienced Crew Member, you'll play a key role in executing residential and commercial moves safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Safely loading and unloading furniture and household goods
• Properly wrapping, padding, and protecting furniture and fragile items
• Assisting with packing and unpacking when required
• Working with the crew to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
• Providing a high level of service to customers on moving day
• Maintaining a safe and organized truck and job site

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in the moving industry
• Strong understanding of proper lifting and furniture protection techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Professional attitude and customer service mindset
• Reliable transportation to our Clinton, MA location
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items safely
