Job Description: The Engineering Intern will support the Engineering team with hands-on project work and day-to-day engineering activities. This role is designed to provide practical experience in a manufacturing and engineering environment while contributing to ongoing projects related to product design, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist engineers with design, testing, documentation, and analysis activities.
- Support engineering projects related to product development, manufacturing processes, or quality improvements.
- Collect and analyze data to support engineering decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports, drawings, and presentations as needed.
- Participate in cross-functional project meetings with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams.
- Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
Professional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Compensation
Employee Type: Hourly
Salary Minimum: $30,000
Salary Maximum: $35,000
