This role is integral to our mission of providing exceptional healthcare services to our patients. As a Patient Experience Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, setting the tone for a positive experience. You will be responsible for managing patient interactions, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient patient flow within the healthcare facility. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, greeting them in a courteous and professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling systems and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
- Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA compliance and other relevant healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with patients of all backgrounds.
