Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in person and online in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budgets
- Conduct test drives, present financing options, and close sales
- Stay knowledgeable about Toyota products and industry trends
- Utilize computer systems to manage leads and customer information
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, and video platforms
- Create and share videos to promote vehicles and dealership services
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience is necessary – we will train the right candidates
- Clean DMV record
- Strong work ethic and a high level of integrity
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn new software
- Comfortable shooting and sharing videos (experience with social media a plus)
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and desire to exceed customer expectations
