INTRODUCTION

This posting is for a contract assignment and is not a full-time employment offer with Boeing. Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process payroll on a regular basis (e.g., bi-weekly)
• Calculate and validate wages, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, deductions, and other payroll elements, including contract- or labor-specific pay rules
• Maintain and update employee payroll and timekeeping records, including new hires, terminations, rate changes, and job labor allocations
• Support and monitor employee time entry in compliance with Boeing timekeeping policies; provide guidance and training to ensure accurate and timely labor reporting
• Ensure payroll operations comply with federal, state, and local tax laws, wage and hour regulations, and Boeing contractual compliance requirements
• Prepare, review, and submit payroll tax filings, certified payroll (if applicable), and required payroll reports
• Research, resolve, and respond to employee payroll inquiries, discrepancies, and corrections in a timely manner
• Maintain organized payroll records and documentation to support audits, compliance reviews, and Boeing reporting needs
• Generate and distribute payroll, timekeeping, and compliance reports to internal management and designated Boeing stakeholders

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and payroll administration

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent payroll-focused experience
• Experience supporting aerospace, government, or large enterprise clients with complex payroll and timekeeping requirements a plus

PAY RATE RANGE

48 - 53 USD hourly
