Sodexo is seeking a Resident Dining Food Operations Manager 3 for the University of Hawai'i at Manoa located in Honolulu, HI. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do:
- have oversight of day-to-day operations;
- deliver high quality food service;
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
- develop strategic plans;
- create a positive environment; and
- ensure Sodexo standards are met.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
What You Bring:
- have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
- have 3-5 years management experience in a multi-unit high volume dining environment;
- can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
- prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed;
- demonstrate working knowledge of Food Management Systems and proficiency in computer skills/report management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
