- Provide guidance and advice to the team regarding the feasibility of implementing new solutions within SAP
- Assess the potential impact and risks associated with proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO, demonstrating deep functional knowledge
- Experience in space and occupancy management to optimize resource utilization within SAP REFX
- Proficiency in service charge settlement processes, ensuring accurate financial allocations
- Knowledge of subleasing processes and their integration within SAP REFX
- Experience with planning and budgeting, including integration with the PS module in REFX
- Ability to develop custom solutions for reporting KPIs in REFX, with a strong understanding of the underlying data model
- Practical experience with IFRS 16 valuation and its application in SAP
- Strong team player with the ability to communicate easily and respectfully, sharing responsibility for team success
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- High degree of independence, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation in daily tasks
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken) at a B2+ level or higher for effective international communication
