Who We Are
Imprint is reimagining co-branded credit cards & financial products to be smarter, more rewarding, and truly brand-first. We partner with companies like Crate & Barrel, Rakuten, Booking.com, H-E-B, Fetch, and Brooks Brothers to launch modern credit programs that deepen loyalty, unlock savings, and drive growth. Our platform combines advanced payments infrastructure, intelligent underwriting, and seamless UX to help brands offer powerful financial products—without becoming a bank.
Co-branded cards account for over $300 billion in U.S. annual spend—but most are still powered by legacy banks. Imprint is the modern alternative: flexible, tech-forward, and built for today’s consumer. Backed by Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, and Khosla Ventures, we’re building a world-class team to redefine how people pay—and how brands grow. If you want to work fast, solve hard problems, and make a real impact, we’d love to meet you.
About the role
Imprint is looking for a Product Operations leader who blends product marketing instincts with strong operational execution. This person will help us showcase and scale our existing product suite, and will coordinate across product teams to develop and launch new products that solve real partner and consumer problems, while staying true to Imprint’s vision to be the best way to pay.
What you will do
- Partner with Growth, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to coordinate launches and ongoing product improvements.
- Package and “tell the story” of Imprint’s existing products:
- Create crisp product narratives, positioning, and enablement materials.
- Translate product capabilities into partner-facing value.
- Identify operational gaps that slow down product development or adoption, then build lightweight systems to fix them.
- Track what is working: adoption, partner feedback, and internal execution signal, then recommend improvements.
What success looks like (first 90 days)
- Existing product suite is easier to understand, demo, and “sell” internally and externally through improved messaging and materials.
- Product teams have clearer coordination and fewer surprises around launches and dependencies.
- A lightweight system has been introduced to better track partner launch milestones.
What we are looking for (must-haves)
- Experience operating cross-functionally with Growth, Product, and Engineering
- Strong communication and narrative skills. You can translate product capabilities into clear partner and consumer value.
- Strong program and stakeholder management. You can align multiple teams without formal authority.
- High ownership and comfort in ambiguity. You build structure where none exists.
- Creative and flexible thinker. You recognize that complex problems rarely have one “correct” solution and can evaluate tradeoffs to design pragmatic, high-leverage paths forward.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, payments, lending, or embedded financial products.
- Product marketing experience (positioning, enablement, launch planning).
- Experience supporting B2B2C products and partner-led product development.
Perks & Benefits
- Competitive compensation and equity packages
- Leading configured work computers of your choice
- Flexible paid time off
- Fully covered, high-quality healthcare, including fully covered dependent coverage
- Additional health coverage includes access to One Medical and the option to enroll in an FSA
- 20 weeks of paid parental leave for the primary caregiver and 8 weeks for all new parents
- Access to industry-leading technology across all of our business units, stemming from our philosophy that we should invest in resources for our team that foster innovation, optimization, and productivity

Job Roles at Imprint Payments
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Imprint Payments H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target technical and product roles first
Imprint Payments's H-1B sponsorship is concentrated in engineering, data, and product functions. Focusing your application on these departments gives you the strongest chance of finding a role where sponsorship is a standard part of the hiring package.
Understand the H-1B lottery timing
H-1B registrations open in March for an October 1 start date. Aligning your job search and interview timeline to secure an offer well before March gives Imprint Payments enough runway to register you in the annual lottery.
Demonstrate fintech domain knowledge
Imprint Payments operates in a specialized segment of Banking and Financial Services. Candidates who speak fluently about payments infrastructure, credit products, or consumer lending stand out and signal they can contribute quickly without a long ramp-up period.
Confirm sponsorship willingness early in the process
Ask directly whether the role includes H-1B sponsorship during your recruiter screen. Smaller fintech companies sometimes sponsor selectively by role or team, so confirming early saves time. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history before applying.
Prepare for specialty occupation documentation
USCIS requires proof that your role qualifies as a specialty occupation. For Banking and Financial Services roles, this means having a relevant bachelor's degree or higher in a field directly tied to your job function at Imprint Payments.
Build relationships with the engineering and recruiting teams
Imprint Payments is a smaller company, so internal referrals carry significant weight. Engaging with their team through professional networks or fintech community events can surface opportunities before they're publicly posted and signal genuine interest to hiring managers.

Does Imprint Payments sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Imprint Payments sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an established history of filing H-1B petitions, primarily for technical and product roles. Sponsorship is selective rather than broad, so candidates in software engineering, data, and product management have the best prospects of receiving an offer that includes H-1B support.
Which roles and departments at Imprint Payments typically receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Imprint Payments is most common in software engineering, data science, and product management. These functions align with the specialty occupation requirement that USCIS applies to H-1B petitions. Roles in operations or general business support are less likely to qualify or receive sponsorship under the same framework.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at Imprint Payments?
Once you receive and accept an offer, Imprint Payments's legal or HR team works with an immigration attorney to file your H-1B petition. The employer handles the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor and the I-129 petition with USCIS. Your role is to provide documentation confirming your qualifications, degree, and current immigration status.
How do I find open H-1B jobs at Imprint Payments?
Checking Imprint Payments's careers page directly is a reliable starting point. Migrate Mate also aggregates verified H-1B sponsor job listings, letting you filter specifically for Imprint Payments and similar fintech companies with confirmed sponsorship histories. This helps you avoid wasting time on roles where sponsorship is uncertain or unavailable.
What timeline should I expect for H-1B sponsorship at Imprint Payments?
The H-1B process follows a federal timeline, not a company-specific one. Registration opens each March, with selections announced shortly after. If selected, employment can begin October 1. From offer acceptance to work authorization, the process typically spans six to eight months unless premium processing is used, which can reduce USCIS adjudication to a few weeks.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Imprint Payments?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
