Job Roles at Hubbard Construction Company Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Hubbard Construction Company Visa Sponsorship USA
Target engineering and technical roles first
Hubbard Construction's sponsorship activity centers on technical disciplines. Civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering roles are where construction firms most consistently justify H-1B sponsorship. Focus your applications on roles with clear degree-to-job alignment.
Understand the construction industry's hiring cycle
Construction firms like Hubbard tend to hire ahead of project cycles. Applying in late fall through early spring gives you the best chance of landing an offer before the H-1B registration window opens in March.
Highlight field and project experience on your resume
Hubbard Construction values practical, site-level experience alongside academic credentials. Demonstrating hands-on project work, internships, or co-ops in infrastructure or civil construction strengthens your case as a specialty occupation candidate.
Research open roles with verified sponsorship history
Not every construction job listing mentions visa sponsorship upfront. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and apply to Hubbard roles with confidence rather than guessing at their willingness to sponsor.
Prepare to articulate why your role qualifies as a specialty occupation
Construction employers sometimes face scrutiny on H-1B specialty occupation determinations. Come prepared to connect your specific degree field directly to the job duties, generic engineering degrees alone may not be sufficient without that clear alignment.

Which visa types does Hubbard Construction Company sponsor?
Hubbard Construction Company sponsors H-1B visas for skilled foreign workers and also supports F-1 OPT and CPT for students completing degrees in relevant fields. International candidates should confirm current sponsorship eligibility directly with Hubbard's recruiting team, as availability can vary by role and project demand.
What types of roles at Hubbard Construction Company typically receive visa sponsorship?
