Highlight Green Card pathway interest early
Westwood has a demonstrated history of sponsoring both EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards. If long-term U.S. residency is your goal, signal that early in conversations, firms that invest in PERM filings tend to value candidates with long-term commitment.
Lead with project impact, not just credentials

Browse verified sponsoring employers before applying broadly
Not every consulting firm openly advertises sponsorship willingness. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, saving you from applying to firms that won't support your visa category.
Understand the TN visa option if you're Canadian or Mexican
Westwood sponsors TN visas, which can be a faster alternative to H-1B for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying consulting roles. If you hold citizenship in either country, confirm whether your specific role qualifies under TN categories before applying.
