Job Roles at Mace Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Mace Visa Sponsorship USA
Target project management and engineering roles
Mace's sponsorship activity centers on technical and managerial roles tied to large-scale construction and real estate projects. Focus your search on project manager, cost manager, and engineering positions where specialty occupation credentials are clearest.
Emphasize your degree alignment with the role
Visa sponsorship in construction hinges on demonstrating a specialty occupation. Make sure your CV clearly connects your engineering, architecture, or project management degree to the specific role you're applying for at Mace.
Research Mace's active projects before applying
Mace regularly works on high-profile infrastructure and real estate developments. Referencing specific project types in your application signals genuine industry knowledge and increases your relevance to the teams most likely to have sponsorship headcount.
Apply early in Mace's hiring cycle
Construction firms often plan project staffing well in advance of start dates. Applying early gives Mace time to initiate Labor Condition Application filings and coordinate with legal counsel before your target start date.
Use Migrate Mate to confirm sponsorship history before applying
Not every construction employer sponsors visas consistently. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and confirm Mace is actively filing before you invest time in the application process.

Does Mace sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Mace sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying roles in the United States. Sponsorship is generally focused on technical and project-oriented positions within the construction and real estate sectors, where specialty occupation requirements can be clearly demonstrated through a relevant degree and job duties.
What visa types does Mace sponsor?
Mace sponsors both H-1B and E-3 visas. The E-3 is available exclusively to Australian citizens and offers a meaningful advantage over the H-1B since it has no annual lottery. If you hold Australian citizenship and qualify for a specialty occupation role at Mace, the E-3 is typically the faster path to U.S. work authorization.
Which departments or roles at Mace are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Mace is most closely associated with roles that satisfy the specialty occupation standard, such as project managers, cost managers, structural engineers, and construction consultants. Roles requiring a specific bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field are strongest candidates. Generalist or non-degree-required positions are unlikely to qualify for H-1B or E-3 sponsorship.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Mace?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find roles at companies with a verified sponsorship track record like Mace. You can filter by company and visa type to see which positions are open and confirm that the employer has an active history of filing. This saves time compared to manually researching sponsorship eligibility for each posting you find.
How do I approach the application process at Mace as a visa-sponsored candidate?
Be upfront about your visa needs early in the process. Mace operates in a project-driven industry where staffing timelines matter, so giving the hiring team advance notice allows them to coordinate with immigration counsel before an offer is made. Clearly demonstrating how your qualifications meet the specialty occupation standard for the specific role strengthens your sponsorship case significantly.
