How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Redpath and Company Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with specialty occupation standards
Redpath and Company sponsors visas for accounting and advisory positions that meet the H-1B specialty occupation threshold. Focus your applications on roles requiring a degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field to strengthen your candidacy.
Highlight CPA credentials or progress toward licensure
Accounting firms like Redpath prioritize candidates who hold or are pursuing CPA licensure. Demonstrating active progress toward certification signals long-term value and can make visa sponsorship easier for the firm to justify internally.
Engage during peak recruiting cycles for accounting firms
Redpath and Company follows hiring patterns common to public accounting, including busy seasons around tax deadlines. Reaching out or applying in late summer and fall, ahead of Q1 busy season, typically yields the best response from their talent team.
Demonstrate client-facing experience in mid-market industries
Redpath focuses on mid-market clients across manufacturing, distribution, and professional services. Emphasizing experience in those sectors, alongside technical accounting skills, makes your profile more relevant and reduces friction in the sponsorship conversation.

Does Redpath and Company sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Redpath and Company sponsors H-1B visas. The firm has used the H-1B program to hire skilled professionals in accounting and advisory roles that meet the specialty occupation standard. If you hold a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, you're in the strongest position to request sponsorship when engaging with their recruiting team.
What visa types does Redpath and Company sponsor?
Redpath and Company sponsors both H-1B and TN visas. The H-1B is available to nationals of any country, subject to the annual lottery, while the TN is exclusively for Canadian and Mexican citizens and bypasses the lottery entirely. Both pathways support professional roles in accounting and related advisory services.
Which roles at Redpath and Company are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Redpath and Company has historically centered on accounting and financial advisory roles, consistent with the firm's core service lines. Positions such as staff accountant, senior accountant, tax associate, and audit associate are the most natural fit. These roles require specialized degrees that support the specialty occupation designation required for H-1B approval.
What is the typical timeline for H-1B sponsorship at an accounting firm like Redpath?
H-1B sponsorship at firms like Redpath typically begins with an offer, followed by Labor Condition Application filing and then USCIS petition submission during the annual cap registration window in March. If selected in the lottery, employment can begin as early as October 1. Starting conversations with the firm well before the March window is critical to avoid missing the cycle.
How do I find open roles at Redpath and Company that offer visa sponsorship?
The most reliable approach is to search specifically for roles where sponsorship history is documented rather than assumed. Migrate Mate lets you browse companies like Redpath and Company by verified sponsorship record, visa type, and industry, so you can apply with confidence that sponsorship is genuinely on the table rather than discovering it isn't after multiple interview rounds.
