Job Roles at Landmark Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Landmark Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles where H-1B sponsorship is most justified
Landmark's sponsorship activity in Transportation & Logistics is concentrated on specialized positions. Focus your applications on technical, engineering, or analytical roles where a specific degree is clearly required, these are the profiles most likely to clear the H-1B specialty occupation threshold.
Lead with your logistics domain expertise
Hiring managers in Transportation & Logistics weigh industry-specific knowledge heavily. If you have experience in supply chain optimization, freight operations, or logistics technology, make that the centerpiece of your application, it directly addresses what Landmark needs most.
Understand that their sponsorship is selective
Landmark sponsors H-1B visas but does so on a limited basis, meaning each sponsored hire carries real weight internally. Frame yourself as a long-term investment: emphasize retention signals like career progression goals and commitment to the logistics sector.
Engage early in the hiring cycle
Because Landmark's sponsorship pipeline is smaller than high-volume sponsors, timing matters. Apply as early as possible when a role opens, late-stage applicants face a tougher sell when sponsorship conversations require additional internal approvals for a limited pool of positions.
Prepare for a detailed sponsorship conversation
With a selective sponsorship track record, recruiters at Landmark will likely probe your visa situation directly. Have a clear, confident explanation ready: your visa type, timeline, what filing steps the employer handles, and why the process is straightforward for a motivated employer.
Use verified sponsorship data to find the right opening
Searching broadly across logistics companies wastes time when you need confirmed sponsors. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you prioritize Landmark roles alongside comparable Transportation & Logistics employers who are actively hiring.

Does Landmark sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Landmark does sponsor H-1B visas. Their sponsorship is selective rather than high-volume, meaning they prioritize candidates in specialized roles where the H-1B specialty occupation requirement is clearly met. If you're applying, focus on positions with a defined degree requirement in a specific field relevant to Transportation & Logistics operations or technology.
What types of roles at Landmark are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Landmark tends to be concentrated in roles requiring specialized technical or analytical expertise, think logistics technology, supply chain engineering, data analysis, or operations management positions that demand a specific academic background. Generalist or entry-level roles with flexible education requirements are less likely to qualify under H-1B specialty occupation standards.
How do I find open visa-sponsored positions at Landmark?
The most reliable approach is to search a platform that tracks real sponsorship history rather than relying on job postings alone. Migrate Mate lets you browse verified H-1B sponsoring employers in Transportation & Logistics and filter specifically for companies like Landmark, so you can identify active openings without guessing whether sponsorship is actually on the table.
What is the typical timeline for H-1B sponsorship through an employer like Landmark?
Once you receive an offer, your employer files a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor, then submits the H-1B petition to USCIS. Standard processing takes several months; premium processing can reduce the USCIS adjudication window to around 15 business days. For cap-subject H-1B petitions, the annual lottery window in March means the entire process can span six months or more from offer to start date.
How do I make the strongest case for sponsorship when applying to a selective sponsor like Landmark?
Demonstrate that your skills are genuinely difficult to source domestically and directly tied to a degree-specific field. In Transportation & Logistics, that means quantifying your impact on operations, cost efficiency, or technology implementation. Address the sponsorship question proactively and clearly, selective sponsors respond best to candidates who make the business case for sponsorship straightforward and low-friction for the hiring team.
