This position reports to:
Warehouse Supervisor
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to serve as a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support daily operations within our distribution center. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that works across multiple areas of the warehouse and is heavy in administrative functions to help keep the operation running smoothly. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in warehouse operations, systems, and logistics, with exposure to tools such as WMS, SAP, and Salesforce and Intelex.
- Work with inbound internal/external parties around freight activities, including scheduling appointments and communicating with carriers. Perform trailer check-in/check-out and maintain accurate yard and shipment records
- Prepare and manage shipping and receiving documentation (Bills of Lading, purchase orders, manifests). Support purchase order processing and goods receipt transactions in warehouse systems
- Maintain and update reports, including shipment tracking, trailer logs, and basic KPI reporting. Communicate with internal teams (warehouse, transportation, customer service) to support order flow and resolve routine issues
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and system updates. Assist with safety documentation, audits, and basic compliance tracking. Support employee engagement activities such as team events and site communications
- Serve as backup support for receiving and other warehouse functions as needed. Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations
Qualifications for the role
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory)
- Comfortable working with systems and data entry (WMS, SAP, or similar systems a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work across teams
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
