As the company continues to expand its TikTok e-commerce business, we are hiring a Livestream Operations Lead to take full responsibility for the operational management and team building of our TikTok live streaming business.

This is a core operations management role that will lead the entire livestream business process — from strategy development to on-the-ground execution — and will be accountable for livestream performance and team output. The ideal candidate must have solid local hands-on experience, team management capabilities, and a data-driven operational mindset.

Responsibilities

Livestream Operations & Backend Management

• Oversee the overall operations of TikTok livestream business, including backend configuration, product management, inventory, and link setup
• Develop and continuously optimize livestream SOPs to improve overall execution efficiency and consistency
• Track key operational metrics (e.g., conversion rate, GMV, average watch time) and conduct data analysis and performance reviews

Livestream Pacing & Content Control

• Plan and manage livestream pacing, including product listing order, sales rhythm, and audience engagement strategies
• Optimize the livestream conversion funnel to improve user engagement and purchase conversion
• Ensure standardized and replicable livestream execution

Host Training & Management

• Build a host training system covering scripting, on-camera performance, product knowledge, and audience interaction
• Regularly evaluate host performance and provide targeted improvement feedback
• Establish a sustainable talent development and performance feedback mechanism

Team Management

• Manage and lead a team of 3–4 operations staff, including task allocation and performance management
• Collaborate cross-functionally (hosts, warehouse, customer service) to ensure smooth business operations
• Build an efficient and stable operational team structure

Fulfillment Process Understanding

• Understand and optimize the livestream e-commerce fulfillment process (order processing, inventory coordination, shipping logistics)
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing
• Reduce fulfillment error rates and improve the customer experience

Localized Operations Execution

• Develop and execute localized operational strategies for the U.S. market
• Analyze user behavior and purchasing habits to optimize content and product selection strategies
• Continuously improve the account's competitiveness in the local market

Requirements

Basic Requirements

• 1+ year of TikTok livestream operations experience (required)
• Hands-on experience with the full livestream workflow (from setup to conversion close loop)
• Team management experience (3–4 person team preferred)
• Familiarity with TikTok platform mechanics and backend operations
• Understanding of livestream e-commerce conversion logic and user behavior
• Familiarity with basic e-commerce fulfillment and warehouse processes
• Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English

Compensation

• This role will start through a staffing partner with flexible sponsorship and benefits options, while working directly with the company team, receiving the same training and growth opportunities, with the potential to transition to direct payroll based on performance.
• H-1B sponsorship in 2027 subject to company decision

Pay: $62,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
