- Direct and coordinate all service activities to meet customer schedules and goals.
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly performance against established financial goals and metrics.
- Check and report on status of service and act to eliminate delays and parts shortages.
- Manage workforce headcount, schedules (time off request, attendance), payroll, and employee relations.
- Manage accurate inventory levels and part tracking.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement opportunities and employee training needs.
- Drive root cause corrective action problem solving initiatives to achieve improved safety, quality, delivery and cost.
- Ensure adequate supply of tools, equipment, and materials for efficient location operations.
- Assist with recommendations regarding workplace layouts, service methods and efficiencies by auditing operations to improve service flow and reduce costs.
- Foster talent development by supporting career path planning, management of performance objectives, engagement, training, and onboarding of new hires.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required OR years of experience in lieu of degree
Years of Experience: 5 or more years of relevant experience w/ degree OR 8 or more years of automotive/maintenance experience w/o degree
Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite
Additional Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver license and comply with TSV pool, fleet, and DOT policies
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport issued ID badge
- Demonstrated knowledge of Diesel Engines, Electrical systems, Hydraulics, and Generators
