GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR/PERSONAL TRAINER

Part-Time

Provide exceptional quality fitness services to high end clientele at Clear Creek Tahoe, for group and personal training sessions.

$50-$65 per hour commission, plus an hourly rate!

Modalities include, but are not limited, to: exercise prescription for a range of population needs (boot camp, HIIT, sculpt/strength, TRX, metabolic conditioning, etc.) in a group training environment. The ideal candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs. and must be able to adequately demonstrate exercises.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest-friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every guest and by maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest services.
• Implements and maintains guest service standards, and high level of professional service per group training standards and protocols.
• Picks up gym and cleans equipment as necessary between sessions and upon finishing service.
• Performs any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• College degree in related field preferred (EKSS, recreation, kinesiology, etc.)
• Certification(s): ACSM, CSCS, NSCA, ACE preferred.
• At least three years as an instructor/trainer but experience in a private high-end wellness environment a plus!
