INTRODUCTION
Holland & Knight's Portland office has an immediate opening for a real estate attorney with 3 to 6 years of transactional experience, including significant responsibility for real estate finance and commercial acquisitions and dispositions. The candidate should have a deep understanding of title and survey review and general deal knowledge. Experience with leasing and joint ventures is a plus but not a prerequisite. Admission to practice in OR, immediate transferable skills and a strong academic background with excellent writing skills are also essential.

COMPENSATION
In accordance with applicable Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position in this location is $250,000 – 340,000/yr. This range may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 - 6 years of experience
- Oregon Bar required, California Bar or Washington Bar a plus.
