The Opportunity
AliveCor is looking for a Strategic Sales Lead: Cardiovascular Device (ECG) to join our Sales team. We aren’t looking for a "territory manager"—we are looking for a Market Disruptor. The West and Midwest is a high-growth territory primed for our cutting-edge technology suite, headlined by the Kardia 12-lead ECG and our robust remote monitoring platforms. This role is for a high-velocity hunter who thrives on displacing legacy technology and establishing a new clinical standard. If you are a closer who excels at navigating C-suite committees and winning high-stakes clinical bake-offs, we want to meet you.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Relentlessly prospect, qualify, and aggressively close new business within top-tier Health Systems, IDNs, large Private Practices including Primary Care and EMS.
- Execute a "land and expand" strategy to unseat "old-guard" ECG competitors by articulating the ROI and clinical superiority of AI-driven diagnostics.
- Expand the ECG market: The electrocardiogram (ECG) market is rapidly shifting from traditional in-clinic diagnostics to on-demand, anywhere monitoring can happen, an ECG device can now be available.
- Manage all steps of the complex enterprise sales process—from cold-call and lead generation to ROI analysis, clinical validation, and final contract execution.
- Identify and develop high-value customer targets for the Kardia 12L, Kardia 6L, KardiaStation, and KardiaPro to ensure consistent over-attainment of annual revenue goals.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with Hospital CXOs and Department Heads to drive enterprise-wide adoption and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Master current cardiac clinical pathways and workflows to align AliveCor’s frontend applications and backend platforms with specific patient populations to drive clinical outcomes.
- Lead aggressive implementation efforts for new clients, coordinating physicians, administrators, and IT personnel to ensure rapid onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Drive growth across the HCP enterprise by identifying opportunities for deeper feature adoption and encouraging expansion within the existing customer base.
- Actively participate in conventions and forums to increase product awareness and facilitate the execution of sales opportunities with AliveCor partners.
- Synthesize customer feedback for product and engineering teams to continually improve devices and platforms while developing strong advocates for the brand.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Verifiable track record of being in the Top 5% of your sales org (President’s Club or equivalent) with 7+ years of B2B healthcare sales success.
- 5+ years of Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) or high-level Medical Device experience with the ability to speak the language of Cardiologists and EPs fluently.
- Deep understanding of Reimbursement models (ICD 10/11, RPM, CCM) and the ability to build a compelling financial case for a CFO.
- High sense of urgency, resilience, and a "no-excuses" mentality toward hitting activity metrics and revenue goals.
- Mastery of SalesForce CRM, ZoomInfo, and modern sales tech stacks, alongside consultative, solution-based selling (Challenger, Sandler, or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree required; clinical background (RN, Tech, etc.) is a significant advantage.

Job Roles at AliveCor Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in AliveCor Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with AliveCor's core technology
AliveCor's products combine hardware, AI, and clinical software. Candidates with backgrounds in electrical engineering, machine learning, or regulatory affairs are well-positioned for sponsored roles, these are the technical areas driving the company's product development.
Understand the regulatory environment you'd be working in
Medical device companies like AliveCor operate under FDA oversight, which shapes hiring. Familiarity with FDA 510(k) submissions, quality management systems, or clinical trial processes will strengthen your application for engineering, clinical, and compliance roles.
Check whether your visa type is a fit before applying
AliveCor sponsors H-1B, Green Card, F-1 OPT, and TN visas. If you're on OPT or a TN holder from Canada or Mexico, confirming your category is covered early saves time. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history.
Emphasize specialty occupation credentials in your application
H-1B eligibility at a medical device company requires a clear connection between your degree and your role. Make the link explicit in your resume and cover letter, a software engineer with a CS degree is straightforward, but adjacent roles benefit from precise framing.
Time your application around AliveCor's hiring cycles
H-1B cap-subject petitions must be filed by April 1 for an October 1 start. If you're targeting a cap-subject H-1B at AliveCor, aim to secure an offer by February or March to give the company adequate time for LCA filing and petition preparation.
Look for open roles at the intersection of cardiology and technology
AliveCor's core product is a medical-grade ECG platform, so roles spanning clinical data science, product management, and biomedical engineering recur in their hiring. Filtering for these role types on Migrate Mate helps you identify sponsorship-eligible openings more efficiently.

Does AliveCor sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, AliveCor sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an active sponsorship track record in the medical device space, with technical and engineering roles most commonly supported. If you're targeting an H-1B through AliveCor, securing an offer well before the April registration window opens gives both you and the employer time to prepare the petition properly.
Which visa types does AliveCor sponsor?
AliveCor sponsors H-1B and Green Card petitions, and also supports F-1 OPT extensions and TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals. This range makes the company accessible to international candidates at multiple career stages, from recent graduates on OPT to experienced professionals seeking long-term work authorization.
Which departments or roles at AliveCor are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at AliveCor tends to cluster in technical and clinical functions, reflecting the company's focus on AI-driven cardiac diagnostics. Roles in software engineering, machine learning, hardware engineering, regulatory affairs, and clinical data science are the most likely to qualify as specialty occupations under H-1B criteria. Business and operations roles can qualify too, but the case requires stronger documentation.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at AliveCor?
Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find sponsored roles at AliveCor. The platform verifies sponsorship history directly from government filing data, so you can filter for companies with real track records rather than relying on job descriptions that may or may not reflect actual sponsorship willingness. Search AliveCor directly or filter by medical device employers in your field.
How do I improve my chances of getting sponsored by AliveCor?
The strongest applications connect your technical background directly to AliveCor's product domain, which spans AI, cardiology, and FDA-regulated hardware. Familiarity with regulated device development, clinical data pipelines, or embedded software for medical hardware addresses the specific needs that drive their hiring. Be explicit about your visa status early in the process so the recruiting team can confirm sponsorship eligibility before investing time on both sides.
