Focus on Green Card pathways
Telamon's sponsorship activity centers on permanent residence rather than temporary work visas. Target roles where EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship is realistic, and ask directly about the company's PERM labor certification process during interviews.
Understand which visa types Telamon supports
Telamon sponsors F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, and Green Card categories. If you're on OPT or CPT, you're already in a supported category, lead with that when reaching out to Telamon recruiters about open positions.
Note that H-1B is not in their sponsorship history
Telamon has not shown H-1B sponsorship activity. If you're relying on H-1B cap filing or transfer, confirm this directly with their HR team before investing significant time in the application process.
Target technical and engineering roles in telecom
Telecommunications companies typically sponsor visas for roles in network engineering, systems integration, and technical project management. Aligning your application to Telamon's core infrastructure and telecom services work strengthens your sponsorship case.
Browse verified sponsoring employers before applying
Confirming a company's real sponsorship history saves time and avoids surprises. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by visa type and see Telamon's actual track record before submitting your application.
Use OPT or CPT as an entry point
If you're a current F-1 student or recent graduate, Telamon's support for OPT and CPT makes them a viable first employer. Starting on OPT can open the door to a Green Card conversation once you've established yourself in the role.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Telamon sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Telamon does not have a history of H-1B visa sponsorship. Their immigration support has focused on Green Card categories and F-1 work authorization. If H-1B sponsorship is a requirement for your situation, it's worth confirming directly with Telamon's HR or recruiting team before applying.
Which visa types does Telamon sponsor?
Telamon sponsors Green Cards through the EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based categories, as well as F-1 OPT and F-1 CPT for students and recent graduates. They also sponsor TN visas, which are available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional roles. This makes Telamon a practical target for a range of international candidates.
What types of roles at Telamon are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Telamon operates in the telecommunications industry, so sponsorship is most commonly associated with technical roles such as network engineers, field technicians, project managers, and systems integration specialists. Roles that require specialized skills aligned with telecom infrastructure work are the strongest candidates for Green Card sponsorship through PERM.
How do I find open jobs at Telamon that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find Telamon jobs that come with verified sponsorship history. Rather than guessing which postings include immigration support, Migrate Mate filters by real sponsorship data so you can apply to Telamon roles with confidence that the company has sponsored candidates in your visa category before.
How do I approach the application process at Telamon as an international candidate?
Lead your outreach by clearly stating your work authorization status and the visa category you're targeting, whether that's OPT, CPT, TN, or a Green Card pathway. Telamon's sponsorship history shows they are open to supporting international hires on permanent residence tracks, so framing your candidacy around long-term commitment and role fit tends to resonate with their hiring process.
