Target roles aligned with Green Card pathways
CED Systems has focused its sponsorship activity on permanent residency rather than temporary work visas. Pursue roles in engineering, network infrastructure, or technical operations where EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship is most commonly tied to long-term hiring needs.
Understand the difference between EB-2 and EB-3 before applying
CED Systems sponsors both categories, which serve different candidate profiles. EB-2 typically requires an advanced degree or exceptional ability, while EB-3 covers skilled workers. Knowing which fits your background helps you frame your qualifications accurately in your application.
Demonstrate long-term intent during the interview process
Green Card sponsorship is a multi-year commitment from an employer. CED Systems is more likely to invest in candidates who signal they're building a career in telecommunications, not just seeking a visa bridge. Emphasize your interest in the industry and the company specifically.
Filter for verified sponsors before applying
Not every telecommunications company that sounds willing to sponsor actually has a track record of doing so. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your energy on companies like CED Systems that have followed through.
Prepare for a longer hiring and sponsorship timeline
Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 involves PERM labor certification before any petition is filed. This process takes time, and CED Systems will need to begin well before your work authorization expires. Raise the timeline early so both sides can plan accordingly.

Find CED Systems JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does CED Systems sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, CED Systems has not filed H-1B petitions in recent years. Its sponsorship activity has been concentrated on Green Card pathways, specifically EB-2 and EB-3. If you're on F-1 OPT or CPT and seeking a path to permanent residency, CED Systems may be a relevant target, but you should not count on H-1B sponsorship when planning your application strategy.
What visa types does CED Systems sponsor?
CED Systems sponsors permanent residency through the EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories, as well as F-1 OPT and CPT for students completing degrees in relevant fields. Its sponsorship profile skews toward long-term employment commitments rather than temporary nonimmigrant work visas, which makes it most relevant for candidates seeking a direct path to a Green Card.
Which roles at CED Systems are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
CED Systems operates in the telecommunications industry, so technical roles in network engineering, systems integration, infrastructure, and IT operations are the most likely candidates for sponsorship. These positions typically require specialized qualifications that support the PERM labor certification process required for EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship. Non-technical or administrative roles are less commonly sponsored.
How do I find open positions at CED Systems that offer visa sponsorship?
The most reliable approach is to use a platform that cross-references job listings with verified sponsorship history. Migrate Mate lets you browse roles at companies like CED Systems filtered by visa type, so you're not guessing whether sponsorship is actually available. Applying through a channel that confirms sponsorship eligibility upfront saves significant time during your job search.
How do I approach the application timeline when targeting CED Systems for Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 requires the employer to complete a PERM labor certification with the Department of Labor before filing an immigrant petition. This process can take a year or more before your priority date becomes current. If you're on F-1 OPT, factor in your work authorization expiration and raise the sponsorship conversation during the offer stage, not after you've started.
