Does Aztec Group sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Aztec Group's visa history is focused on permanent residency categories, specifically EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards, rather than H-1B temporary work visas. If an H-1B is your primary pathway, it's worth asking the recruiter directly, as sponsorship decisions can vary by role and business need at any given time.
What visa types does Aztec Group sponsor?
Aztec Group has sponsored EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards for professionals in the construction and real estate sectors. The company has also supported F-1 OPT candidates and TN visa holders. This makes it a particularly strong target if you're looking for permanent residency sponsorship rather than a short-term work visa arrangement.
Which roles or departments at Aztec Group are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Aztec Group tends to align with professional and technical functions within construction and real estate, roles where specialized knowledge, project management experience, or industry credentials are central requirements. Positions requiring a bachelor's degree in a relevant field are generally the strongest candidates for EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship consideration.
How do I find open jobs at Aztec Group that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to browse verified sponsoring employers in construction and real estate, including Aztec Group. You can filter by visa type and sponsorship history so you're only applying to companies with a real track record, saving time compared to manually vetting job postings that may not reflect actual sponsorship willingness.
How do I approach the application process at Aztec Group as an international candidate?
Bring up your visa status and work authorization early, ideally in the initial recruiter screen. For Green Card pathways like EB-2 and EB-3, the employer needs to initiate PERM labor certification, which is a multi-year process. Demonstrating long-term commitment to the construction or real estate field and clearly articulating your value to the business will strengthen the case for sponsorship.
