Align your credentials to SPM platforms
Deloitte's Sales Performance Management practice centers on tools like Varicent, SAP Commissions, and Xactly. Before applying, document hands-on configuration or implementation experience with at least one platform, since project staffing decisions often hinge on that specific match.
Target roles at the right career level
Deloitte sponsors visas most actively for Consultant through Senior Manager levels in its consulting practices. Positioning yourself at the Consultant or Senior Consultant tier gives you the strongest overlap between open headcount and the firm's willingness to file an H-1B or E-3 petition.
Request visa sponsorship confirmation before final interviews
Deloitte's recruiting process moves quickly once you clear case interviews. Ask your recruiter directly whether the specific practice group and office location support H-1B or E-3 sponsorship before you reach the offer stage, since sponsorship decisions can vary by business unit.
Understand how the LCA shapes your offer timeline
Your employer must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before USCIS can process your H-1B petition. For Deloitte roles, the LCA is typically tied to the office address listed in your offer, so confirm your primary work location early since it directly affects prevailing wage requirements.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open SPM roles by sponsorship type
Deloitte posts Sales Performance Management openings across multiple practice areas, and not all carry the same sponsorship options. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for roles at Deloitte that align with your visa category, so you're only applying where sponsorship is already confirmed.
Prepare for the specialty occupation standard in consulting
USCIS scrutinizes H-1B petitions for consulting roles closely, requiring that the position normally demands a degree in a specific field. For SPM roles, a degree in computer science, business analytics, or a related discipline strengthens the specialty occupation argument in your petition documentation.

Find Sales Performance Management at Deloitte JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Deloitte sponsor H-1B visas for Sales Performance Management roles?
Yes, Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for Sales Performance Management positions within its consulting practice. The firm files petitions across experience levels, though sponsorship is most consistent for Consultant through Senior Manager roles. Because Deloitte is a large consulting employer, it files H-1B petitions regularly and has established internal processes for managing the cap-subject lottery and cap-exempt filings.
How do I apply for Sales Performance Management jobs at Deloitte?
Applications go through Deloitte's careers portal, where SPM roles are typically listed under its Human Capital or Technology consulting practices. Tailor your resume to highlight incentive compensation design, SPM platform configuration, or sales operations work. You can also browse open Sales Performance Management positions at Deloitte filtered by visa sponsorship type on Migrate Mate, which surfaces roles where sponsorship is already confirmed.
Which visa types does Deloitte commonly sponsor for Sales Performance Management positions?
Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for the broadest range of candidates and also files E-3 petitions for Australian citizens and H-1B1 petitions for nationals of Singapore and Chile. For longer-term paths, Deloitte supports employment-based Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 and EB-3 categories, typically after a candidate has established tenure within the firm.
What qualifications does Deloitte expect for Sales Performance Management hires?
Deloitte generally expects a bachelor's degree in a field such as computer science, information systems, business analytics, or finance. Beyond the degree, hands-on experience with leading SPM platforms like Varicent, SAP Commissions, or Anaplan carries significant weight. Consulting experience, client-facing project delivery, and familiarity with incentive compensation plan design all strengthen your candidacy for these roles.
How do I plan my timeline if Deloitte is filing an H-1B petition for me?
Cap-subject H-1B petitions are subject to an annual lottery that opens in March, with an October 1 start date if selected. If you're already in valid status through OPT or another visa, Deloitte can file your petition during the regular registration window. Plan to have your offer letter and supporting documents ready by February so your employer's immigration team has sufficient preparation time before the filing window opens.
