Earn a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer credential
Deloitte's consulting model bills clients by credential, so holding a current ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification signals billable-ready status. Credentialed candidates move faster through technical screens and are easier to justify for sponsored roles.
Target Deloitte's Government and Public Sector practice
Deloitte's federal consulting arm runs large-scale ServiceNow implementations for agencies like HHS and DOD. These engagements are long-term and staffed heavily, which means more sponsored openings and less turnover pressure compared to commercial project rotations.
Browse open ServiceNow Developer roles using Migrate Mate
Migrate Mate filters Deloitte's active openings by visa sponsorship eligibility, so you can confirm which ServiceNow Developer positions are open to sponsored candidates before applying. This saves time you'd otherwise spend chasing roles that won't lead to a filing.
Clarify your status before the offer stage
Deloitte's offer process moves quickly once a hiring decision is made. If you're on OPT, confirm your STEM extension eligibility upfront so recruiting can plan the H-1B filing timeline without delay. A gap in authorization visibility can stall or rescind offers.
Align your degree to a specialty occupation framing
H-1B approval for ServiceNow Developer roles requires USCIS to classify the position as a specialty occupation. A computer science, information systems, or software engineering degree maps cleanly. If your degree is tangential, gather evidence of how your coursework directly supports enterprise platform development.
Understand how PERM affects long-term planning at Deloitte
Deloitte sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards through PERM for longer-tenured employees. DOL requires the employer to test the labor market first. Asking about the typical internal tenure before PERM initiation during your offer negotiation helps you set realistic permanent residency expectations.

Find Servicenow Developer at Deloitte JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Deloitte sponsor H-1B visas for Servicenow Developers?
Yes, Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for ServiceNow Developers and has done so consistently across its technology and consulting practices. The company participates in the annual H-1B lottery each April and also pursues H-1B transfers for candidates already holding valid H-1B status, which bypasses the lottery entirely and can accelerate your start date.
How do I apply for Servicenow Developer jobs at Deloitte?
Apply directly through Deloitte's careers portal, targeting roles within its Technology and Platform Engineering or Government Technology Services practices where ServiceNow work is concentrated. Tailor your resume to highlight specific ServiceNow modules you've configured or developed, such as ITSM, HRSD, or custom applications. Migrate Mate lets you filter Deloitte's openings by visa sponsorship eligibility before you apply.
Which visa types does Deloitte commonly use for Servicenow Developer roles?
Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas most frequently for this role type, along with H-1B1 visas for Chilean and Singaporean nationals and E-3 visas for Australian citizens. For candidates pursuing permanent residency, Deloitte also files EB-2 and EB-3 petitions through PERM, typically after an employee has demonstrated strong performance over several years.
What qualifications does Deloitte expect for sponsored Servicenow Developer roles?
Deloitte typically expects a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical field, plus hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Active ServiceNow certifications such as the Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist carry significant weight. For senior roles, experience leading full-cycle ITSM or platform migrations in a client-facing consulting environment is often required.
How do I think about timing if I need Deloitte to file an H-1B for me?
H-1B filings open each April 1 for an October 1 start date. If you're finishing OPT, confirm your STEM extension window gives you enough runway to cover the gap. Deloitte will need several weeks before April 1 to prepare your petition, so aim to have an offer finalized no later than February or early March to avoid missing the filing window.
