Align your credentials to Deloitte's client work
Deloitte's Healthcare Analysts work across payer strategy, value-based care, and health system operations. Frame your resume and degree around these practice areas. A background in health economics, public health, or clinical informatics maps directly to their project portfolio.
Target roles in Deloitte's Government and Public Services practice
Deloitte's GPS division runs large federal health engagements with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. These teams hire Healthcare Analysts on a recurring basis and carry deeper institutional experience processing work visas for international candidates than smaller practice areas.
Search open Healthcare Analyst roles through Migrate Mate
Migrate Mate filters Deloitte's open Healthcare Analyst positions by visa type, so you can confirm sponsorship eligibility before applying. This saves time and ensures you're targeting roles where H-1B, E-3, or H-1B1 sponsorship is explicitly on the table.
Clarify sponsorship scope during the offer stage
Deloitte sponsors both nonimmigrant visas and employer-sponsored Green Cards through PERM-based EB-2 and EB-3 pathways. Ask your recruiter specifically whether the Healthcare Analyst offer includes long-term permanent residency support, not just initial visa filing.
Prepare for a skills-based interview process
Deloitte's Healthcare Analyst interviews typically include case studies and behavioral rounds. Come ready to discuss healthcare cost modeling, regulatory frameworks, or provider reimbursement structures. Demonstrating domain depth makes visa sponsorship a straightforward business case for the hiring team.
Understand your H-1B cap-gap window if you're on OPT
If you're on F-1 OPT when Deloitte files your H-1B petition, your work authorization extends through cap-gap until October 1. USCIS requires your OPT end date to fall after April 1 for cap-gap protection to apply. Confirm your I-94 dates before your OPT expires.

Find Healthcare Analyst at Deloitte JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Deloitte sponsor H-1B visas for Healthcare Analysts?
Yes, Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for Healthcare Analyst roles. The firm has an established immigration team that handles petition filings, and Healthcare Analyst positions typically qualify as specialty occupations under USCIS standards given the degree requirements in health sciences, public health, or a related field. Sponsorship availability can vary by practice area and project demand, so confirm scope with your recruiter during the offer stage.
How do I apply for Healthcare Analyst jobs at Deloitte?
Apply directly through Deloitte's careers portal or browse open Healthcare Analyst positions filtered by visa sponsorship on Migrate Mate. Deloitte typically recruits Healthcare Analysts through campus recruiting cycles for entry-level roles and through experienced hire pipelines for senior positions. Tailoring your application to a specific practice area, such as health systems or federal health consulting, increases your chances of advancing past initial screening.
Which visa types does Deloitte sponsor for Healthcare Analyst roles?
Deloitte sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visas for Healthcare Analyst positions, covering candidates from countries with dedicated treaty allocations as well as the general H-1B cap. For candidates pursuing permanent residency, Deloitte also supports employer-sponsored Green Card pathways through PERM-based EB-2 and EB-3 filings. The visa type offered typically depends on your citizenship and the specific role's requirements.
What qualifications does Deloitte expect for Healthcare Analyst roles?
Deloitte generally expects a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as health policy, public health, health informatics, economics, or life sciences. For experienced hire positions, prior consulting experience or direct exposure to payer, provider, or government health programs is valued. Proficiency in data analysis tools and familiarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks, such as value-based care models or CMS programs, strengthens a candidate's profile significantly.
How do I time my application to align with Deloitte's visa filing cycle?
H-1B cap-subject petitions must be filed in April for an October 1 start date, so Deloitte typically needs to extend offers to international candidates by late February or early March to prepare filings. If you're targeting a campus recruiting cycle, engage with Deloitte recruiters in the fall semester to leave enough time. E-3 and H-1B1 visas are not subject to an annual cap, so those pathways allow more flexible start dates year-round.
