Align your profile to Deloitte's CRM and revenue tools
Deloitte's Sales Operations roles frequently require hands-on experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or similar platforms. Tailor your resume to reflect specific tool proficiencies and measurable outcomes, since Deloitte hiring managers look for operational depth, not just familiarity.
Target Deloitte's internal Centers of Excellence
Deloitte organizes Sales Operations talent into Centers of Excellence supporting specific industry verticals. Applying to roles tied to a practice you have domain expertise in, such as financial services or technology consulting, significantly increases your chances of clearing the initial screen.
Understand which visa category fits your background
Deloitte sponsors H-1B, E-3, H-1B1, and employment-based Green Cards for Sales Operations roles. E-3 is exclusive to Australian citizens and avoids the H-1B lottery entirely, which matters if you're early in your job search timeline and want more predictable authorization.
Confirm your role qualifies as a specialty occupation
USCIS requires that H-1B roles meet the specialty occupation standard, meaning the position must normally require a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field. For Sales Operations, a degree in business analytics, information systems, or a related field strengthens that determination considerably.
Start the LCA process early with your offer in hand
Before Deloitte can file your H-1B or E-3 petition, it must obtain a certified Labor Condition Application from the DOL. This step typically takes one to two weeks but can delay your start date if it's not initiated immediately after your offer is finalized.
Use Migrate Mate to find open Sales Operations roles at Deloitte
Filtering for sponsorship-confirmed openings manually is time-consuming. Use Migrate Mate to surface Deloitte's active Sales Operations listings that are open to visa sponsorship, so you can focus your applications on positions where the path to authorization is already established.

Find Sales Operations at Deloitte JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Deloitte sponsor H-1B visas for Sales Operations?
Yes, Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for Sales Operations roles where the position qualifies as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards. The role must typically require a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field such as business analytics, information systems, or a related discipline. Deloitte has dedicated immigration support teams that manage the petition process for sponsored employees.
How do I apply for Sales Operations jobs at Deloitte?
You can apply directly through Deloitte's careers portal or find sponsorship-confirmed openings through Migrate Mate. When applying, highlight experience with CRM platforms, pipeline reporting, and revenue operations, since those are the competencies Deloitte's Sales Operations hiring teams prioritize. Tailoring your application to the specific service line or industry vertical you're targeting will improve your chances.
Which visa types does Deloitte commonly use for Sales Operations roles?
Deloitte sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visas for Sales Operations positions, as well as employment-based Green Cards through the EB-2 and EB-3 categories for longer-term immigration. Australian citizens benefit from the E-3 option, which bypasses the H-1B lottery and allows for two-year renewable status. H-1B1 is available exclusively to Chilean and Singaporean nationals under free trade agreements.
What qualifications does Deloitte expect for Sales Operations roles?
Most Sales Operations positions at Deloitte require a bachelor's degree in business, analytics, information systems, or a closely related field. Practical experience with Salesforce, data visualization tools, and revenue forecasting is frequently required rather than preferred. Consulting industry background or prior experience supporting a sales organization in a professional services environment strengthens your candidacy considerably.
How do I plan my timeline around Deloitte's visa sponsorship process?
The timeline depends on your visa category. For H-1B, the annual cap lottery runs in March with an October 1 start date, so offers need to align well in advance. E-3 and H-1B1 petitions can be filed year-round with no lottery, which makes them faster to activate after an offer. Deloitte's immigration team typically coordinates the DOL Labor Condition Application filing and USCIS petition once your offer is confirmed.
