Align your portfolio to consulting delivery contexts
Deloitte's product management roles focus on client-facing transformation programs, not internal product roadmaps. Frame your experience around stakeholder management, iterative delivery within enterprise environments, and outcomes measured by client impact rather than purely internal KPIs.
Target practices with active client pipelines
Deloitte hires product managers within specific practice areas like Government and Public Services or Technology and Transformation. Roles tied to active client engagements move faster through headcount approval, so filtering by practice in your applications improves your odds of a live opening.
Clarify your visa category before the offer stage
Deloitte sponsors H-1B, E-3, and employment-based Green Card pathways, but the category they file depends on your nationality and current status. Confirm which visa type applies to you during the recruiter screen so there are no surprises when legal gets involved at offer.
Understand how H-1B timing affects your start date
If you need a new H-1B cap-subject petition, USCIS only accepts filings in April with an October 1 start date. Factor this into your offer negotiation at Deloitte so both sides align on when you can realistically begin work.
Use Migrate Mate to surface open Manager roles
Deloitte posts product management openings across dozens of service lines and locations simultaneously. Use Migrate Mate to filter verified sponsorship-eligible roles at Deloitte so you're only spending time on positions that match your visa category and seniority level.
Prepare your credentials for PERM early if targeting a Green Card
Deloitte initiates PERM labor certification for EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship, a DOL-administered process that requires documenting your qualifications against the role's minimum requirements. Gather degree certificates, transcripts, and employment verification letters before your first conversation with Deloitte's immigration team.
Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for Manager, Product Management roles and has a well-resourced immigration legal team that manages the filing process internally. If you're subject to the H-1B cap, timing matters: USCIS accepts petitions in April for an October 1 start date. Deloitte also sponsors H-1B1 visas for eligible nationals and can file premium processing when project timelines require it.
How do I apply for Manager, Product Management jobs at Deloitte?

Which visa types does Deloitte commonly use for Manager, Product Management roles?
Deloitte sponsors H-1B and H-1B1 visas for specialty occupation hires, E-3 visas for Australian citizens, and employment-based immigrant visas including EB-2 and EB-3 for eligible candidates pursuing permanent residence. The visa category used depends on your nationality, current immigration status, and how long you've been in the U.S. Your Deloitte recruiter will connect you with their immigration counsel to determine the right pathway.
What qualifications and experience does Deloitte expect for a Manager, Product Management role?
Deloitte typically expects several years of product management experience in enterprise or consulting environments, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is generally required, and an MBA is common at the manager level. Experience with agile delivery, digital transformation programs, or government technology projects strengthens your candidacy in their most active hiring practices.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take at Deloitte for this role?
Timeline depends on visa type. An E-3 consular appointment for Australian nationals can be completed within a few weeks of receiving the certified Labor Condition Application from DOL. H-1B transfers for candidates already on an H-1B typically take two to four months without premium processing. PERM-based Green Card sponsorship is a longer process, often one to two years before an immigrant petition is filed, and Deloitte generally initiates that process after you've been employed for a period of time.
