Frame your PM credentials around Adobe's product pillars
Adobe organizes its product management function around Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Tailor your resume and portfolio to show ownership of features or platforms that map to one of these areas, not generic product work.
Target roles that explicitly list H-1B or E-3
Adobe's job postings for Manager-level PM roles sometimes signal sponsorship eligibility in the job description. Use Migrate Mate to filter for Adobe openings by visa type so you're only spending time on roles where your status is already a fit.
Get your LCA timing right before accepting an offer
Adobe must file a certified Labor Condition Application with DOL before your H-1B petition reaches USCIS. This can add two to four weeks to the pre-filing window, so factor that into any start date negotiation with your recruiter.
Demonstrate cross-functional leadership with measurable outcomes
Adobe's PM interviews at the Manager level probe your ability to align engineering, design, and go-to-market teams. Prepare examples with quantified impact, not just process descriptions, since hiring panels evaluate strategic influence over execution detail.
Clarify your visa status early with Adobe's talent acquisition team
Adobe routes sponsored candidates through a dedicated immigration workflow. Disclosing your visa type and current status during the recruiter screen, not after the offer stage, prevents delays and confirms the role is approved for sponsorship before you invest interview time.
Use OPT STEM extension strategically if you're on F-1
Adobe is E-Verify enrolled, which means your F-1 OPT STEM extension is available if your degree is in a qualifying STEM field. That extension gives you up to 24 additional months of work authorization while Adobe prepares an H-1B petition on your behalf.

Find Manager, Product Management at Adobe JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Adobe sponsor H-1B visas for Manager, Product Managements?
Yes, Adobe sponsors H-1B visas for Manager, Product Management roles. The process involves Adobe filing a Labor Condition Application with DOL, followed by an H-1B petition with USCIS. Manager-level PM positions at Adobe typically qualify as specialty occupations because they require a bachelor's degree or higher in a directly related field such as computer science, engineering, or business.
Which visa types does Adobe commonly sponsor for Manager, Product Management roles?
Adobe sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, and Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for product management roles. Australian citizens pursuing the E-3 have a particularly streamlined path since the E-3 has no lottery. F-1 OPT and CPT candidates are also eligible, and Adobe's E-Verify enrollment supports STEM OPT extensions for qualifying degree holders.
What qualifications and experience does Adobe expect for Manager, Product Management positions?
Adobe typically expects five or more years of product management experience for Manager-level roles, with demonstrated ownership of a product area through full development cycles. Experience working within large-scale SaaS or creative technology platforms is valued. Strong cross-functional leadership, data-informed decision making, and familiarity with enterprise or creative workflows relevant to Adobe's product lines strengthen your candidacy.
How do I apply for Manager, Product Management jobs at Adobe?
You can browse current Manager, Product Management openings at Adobe filtered by visa type on Migrate Mate, which surfaces roles where sponsorship is available. When applying directly through Adobe's careers portal, disclose your visa status during the initial recruiter screen rather than at offer stage. Adobe routes sponsored candidates through a separate immigration workflow, so early disclosure keeps the process moving without delays.
How do I plan my timeline when pursuing an H-1B sponsored role at Adobe?
If you're targeting an H-1B cap-subject petition, Adobe must file in April for an October 1 start date. The DOL LCA certification alone takes two to four weeks before USCIS filing can begin. If you're already on H-1B with another employer, Adobe can file an H-1B transfer and you can begin working as soon as USCIS receives the petition, without waiting for approval.
