At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what’s next.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Manager to join our Enterprise GenAI product team. Our mission is to empower every employee to do the best work of their lives through intelligent, AI-driven tools. The Enterprise GenAI team sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI capabilities and the day-to-day work that keeps Netflix running at scale. This role will play a key part in defining and executing the strategy for our agentic future, while partnering closely with stunning colleagues across engineering, design and partners.
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced individual with deep AI fluency and a passion for business transformation. You’ll lead a small team of PMs while staying hands on as a Product Manager – defining strategy, driving execution, and internal GTM strategy.
About You:
You are curious, hands-on, and thrive in ambiguous spaces where the problem isn’t yet fully defined and the path forward requires both creative thinking and rigorous execution. You are genuinely excited about the potential of generative AI - not as a buzzword, but as a tool that can meaningfully change how people work.
You lead with empathy and humility. You are selfless in how you work – not attached to your own solutions, but committed to shared outcomes. You earn trust by rolling up your sleeves, getting into the weeds with business teams, and demonstrating through action. You know that the best ideas can come from anywhere, and you create the conditions for them. At Netflix, great work happens through trust and influence. You’ll work across engineering, data science, security, legal and more.
Responsibilities:
- Build strategic roadmaps, taking GenAI product concepts from idea through validation, GTM, measurement, and iteration
- Establish a strong team culture and help PMs navigate ambiguity and complexity by modeling strong product thinking – how to frame problems, build alignment, and make decisions with incomplete information
- Communicate complex AI and LLM concepts and technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders, executive audiences and cross-functional partners
- Scan industry landscapes and trends and bring new ideas to the table
- Lead product rollout or GTM strategy across the entire enterprise – you must be comfortable with leading company-wide enablement and transformation
- Partner with engineering, data scientists, design, security and legal to define guardrails, governance and strategy for the future of agentic
- Have a deep understanding and empathy for a broad range of internal customers
Requirements:
While no candidate will check every box, we are looking for a seasoned Product leader with a proven track record of success
- 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 1-2 years managing other PMs, with a proven record of shipping impactful products
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of generative AI and machine learning, including LLMs, RAG, MCPs and agentic system design – and strong instincts for build v. buy
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end products from 0 to 1 and scaling them within complex organization
- Ability to mobilize an entire organization towards a common goal and build strong relationships across functions and offices
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting technical and complex information to all audiences
- Proven ability to lead people thoughtfully – developing PM talent while staying hands-on with strategy and execution
- Experience building products for internal enterprise users is a plus
- Self-directed and comfortable operating in a decentralized, fast-paced environment

Frame your PM credentials for U.S. specialty occupation standards
Your H-1B petition requires demonstrating that the Manager, Product Management role requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field. Document how your degree directly relates to product strategy, not just general business, to strengthen the specialty occupation argument.
Target Netflix's product pillars when applying
Netflix organizes product management around distinct verticals like monetization, streaming infrastructure, and content personalization. Tailoring your application materials to a specific product area signals depth and increases your odds of clearing the recruiter screen.
Understand the LCA's role in your offer timeline
Before Netflix can file your H-1B petition with USCIS, the company must get a certified Labor Condition Application from the DOL. This step adds time to your start date, so factor at least two to four weeks into your post-offer planning.
Use Migrate Mate to surface open PM roles at Netflix by visa type
Filtering by visa category saves time when you're on OPT or need a specific sponsorship path. Migrate Mate lets you browse Manager, Product Management openings at Netflix filtered by the visa types the company actively sponsors for this function.
Prepare your F-1 OPT cap-gap documentation before interviewing
If you're on OPT and Netflix's H-1B filing falls into the cap-gap window, your work authorization extends automatically while USCIS adjudicates. Carry your I-20 extension endorsement and EAD card to any background check or onboarding step to avoid employment gaps.

Find Manager, Product Management at Netflix JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Netflix sponsor H-1B visas for Manager, Product Managements?
Yes, Netflix sponsors H-1B visas for Manager, Product Management roles. The company participates in the annual H-1B cap filing cycle and has a consistent record of sponsoring international product talent at this level. If you're subject to the cap lottery, timing your application around Netflix's hiring cycle and confirming their filing calendar with your recruiter early in the process is critical.
How do I apply for Manager, Product Management jobs at Netflix?
You can apply directly through Netflix's careers site or discover open roles on Migrate Mate, which filters listings by visa sponsorship type so you can confirm eligibility before applying. Netflix's PM hiring process typically includes a recruiter screen, a case study or product strategy exercise, and several rounds of cross-functional interviews with product, engineering, and design stakeholders.
Which visa types does Netflix commonly sponsor for Manager, Product Management roles?
Netflix sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, and J-1 visas for this role, along with F-1 OPT and CPT for candidates earlier in their careers. For longer-term employment authorization, Netflix also supports EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways. Australian nationals often find the E-3 category particularly practical since it avoids the H-1B lottery entirely.
What qualifications does Netflix expect for Manager, Product Management roles?
Netflix typically looks for product managers with demonstrable experience owning a full product lifecycle, cross-functional leadership at scale, and a track record of using data to drive decisions. For visa sponsorship purposes, your degree should be directly tied to the product discipline you're applying into, whether that's computer science, engineering, or a quantitative business field, since the H-1B specialty occupation standard requires a specific degree connection to the role.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take when joining Netflix as a Manager, Product Management?
Timeline depends on your visa category. H-1B standard processing can take three to six months after USCIS receives the petition, though Netflix may elect to use premium processing to reduce that to around 15 business days. TN and E-3 applicants can often begin employment faster since those categories don't require USCIS petition approval before a consular interview. Factor in DOL's LCA certification window of roughly 10 business days before any petition is filed.
