Frame your PM portfolio around design-adjacent products
Figma evaluates PM candidates on their ability to lead cross-functional teams building tools for designers and developers. Document shipped products where you owned the roadmap, drove eng alignment, and measured adoption, not just strategy decks.
Target roles specifying enterprise or platform experience
Figma's Manager, Product Management openings frequently call out enterprise growth or platform product experience. Filtering for those signals narrows your applications to teams most likely to have open headcount and active visa sponsorship pipelines.
Clarify your visa category before the offer stage
H-1B1 and E-3 holders skip the annual lottery entirely, which matters when Figma is filling a role quickly. Raise your visa type early in the process so the hiring manager and recruiting team can align with immigration counsel before an offer is extended.
Understand the LCA filing requirement for your start date
Before Figma can file your H-1B petition with USCIS, the DOL must certify a Labor Condition Application confirming prevailing wage compliance. That certification typically takes seven business days, so buffer it into your expected start-date conversation during negotiation.
Use Migrate Mate to filter for Figma PM openings by visa type
Sponsorship eligibility is not always stated in job postings. Migrate Mate lets you filter Manager, Product Management roles at Figma specifically by the visa types they've sponsored, so you apply knowing the sponsorship pathway matches your situation.
Prepare your degree credentials for specialty occupation review
USCIS scrutinizes whether product management qualifies as a specialty occupation on a case-by-case basis. A degree in computer science, information systems, or business with a technical concentration strengthens the petition compared to an unrelated field of study.

How do I apply for Manager, Product Management jobs at Figma?
You can browse and apply for Manager, Product Management roles at Figma through Migrate Mate, which filters specifically for positions where Figma has an active visa sponsorship track record for your visa type.
