- Coach senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness, and performance in a high-growth, quota-driven environment
- Partner with Sales leadership to evolve performance and compensation frameworks, talent planning, and succession strategies that drive business outcomes and accountability
- Identify and address organizational friction points by improving cross-functional alignment and operational clarity across the GTM pillar
- Embed as a key partner across cross-functional stakeholders—including GTM and regional People Partners, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning & Development, BEI, and People Relations—to drive and deliver high-impact people initiatives
- Leverage data, organizational insights, and employee feedback to proactively inform decisions and drive measurable improvements in team health, effectiveness, and performance
- Develop and drive people strategy in service of Sales priorities, ensuring alignment with the broader GTM pillar strategy and revenue goals
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 8-12+ years of HR / People experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a high-growth company
- Experience partnering with Sales or revenue organizations, with a strong understanding of quota-driven environments and go-to-market dynamics
- Strong experience in organizational design, leadership coaching, and change management
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment on complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Experience supporting global or regionally distributed Sales organizations, with the ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and translate business strategy into talent and organizational strategy
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or product-led companies
- Scaling organizations through rapid growth, transformation, or GTM evolution
- Partnering closely with executive leadership teams

How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Figma Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with Figma's core product
Figma's sponsorship activity is concentrated in engineering, product design, and infrastructure roles. Focus your application on positions that directly support its collaborative design platform, where the company consistently hires international talent with specialized technical skills.
Apply well before H-1B lottery season
H-1B registrations open in March each year. Targeting Figma roles in the months prior, ideally securing an offer by February, gives your employer enough lead time to prepare your registration before the deadline.
Emphasize depth of specialization in your application
Figma operates in a competitive design-technology space where generalist profiles are harder to sponsor. Highlight highly specialized skills in areas like developer tooling, design systems, or machine learning to stand out as a candidate worth a visa investment.
Look for roles with Green Card sponsorship potential
Figma has a strong track record of supporting employees through permanent residency via EB-2 and EB-3 pathways. When evaluating roles, ask recruiters about the company's PERM sponsorship policy and typical timeline for long-term immigration support.
Use Migrate Mate to find Figma's verified open roles
Filtering for employers with a real sponsorship history saves time during your search. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors like Figma so you can focus on companies that have actively filed for international workers in the technology and software industry.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Figma sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Figma sponsors H-1B visas and has done so consistently across engineering, design, and product roles. The company is an active sponsor in the technology and software sector. Because H-1B selection depends on the annual lottery, candidates should aim to secure an offer early in the year to give Figma time to file before the March registration window closes.
What visa types does Figma sponsor?
Figma sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visas for temporary work authorization, and supports Green Card petitions through the EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based immigrant visa categories. Australian citizens in particular may find the E-3 pathway advantageous, as it bypasses the H-1B lottery entirely and allows Figma to hire without waiting on annual cap results.
Which departments or roles at Figma are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Figma's sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical and product-focused roles, particularly software engineering, infrastructure, product design, and machine learning. These disciplines align directly with the company's core platform and represent areas where Figma consistently competes for specialized international talent. Candidates in these fields are generally better positioned to receive sponsorship offers than those in generalist or administrative functions.
How do I find open roles at Figma that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to browse Figma's open positions with confirmed sponsorship history. Unlike general job boards, Migrate Mate filters roles by verified visa filing data, so you can identify Figma openings where international candidates have a realistic path to sponsorship rather than guessing based on job description language alone.
How do I approach the application timeline if I need Figma to sponsor my H-1B?
The H-1B process runs on a fixed annual calendar: USCIS opens registration in early March, and employers must register candidates before the window closes. To meet this deadline, you'll ideally need a signed offer from Figma by February at the latest. Starting your job search in the fall or early winter gives you the best chance of securing an offer with enough time for Figma's immigration team to prepare your filing.
