- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of process improvement and AI transformation projects from concept to completion.
- Serve as a people leader—coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to reach their full potential.
- Partner with clients to uncover pain points, define success metrics, and co-create solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
- Analyze and map existing workflows, identifying opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimization.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience related to the Job Description.
