Target roles in engineering and product
Intuit's sponsorship activity is concentrated in software engineering, data science, and product management. Focus your applications on technical and product roles, where the company has the deepest hiring pipeline and the strongest history of sponsoring international candidates.
Understand which visa types Intuit supports
Intuit sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, and Green Card pathways. Knowing which category applies to your situation before you apply helps you ask informed questions during recruiter calls and signals you've done your homework.
Apply early in Intuit's hiring cycle
Intuit recruits heavily ahead of the H-1B cap season, which runs April through June. Targeting open roles between January and March gives your application the best chance of aligning with the company's sponsorship and petition filing timeline.
Leverage Intuit's F-1 OPT and CPT hiring as a pathway
Intuit actively hires F-1 students on OPT and CPT, which can serve as a bridge to H-1B sponsorship. Landing an internship or entry-level role under OPT puts you in a stronger position to receive H-1B sponsorship before your work authorization expires.
Highlight fintech domain knowledge in your application
Intuit builds tax, accounting, and small business financial software. Candidates who demonstrate familiarity with financial technology, regulatory compliance in software, or SMB workflows stand out against a competitive applicant pool targeting the same sponsored roles.
Search for verified Intuit openings before applying
Not every job posting reflects real sponsorship willingness. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you confirm Intuit is actively hiring for roles that align with your visa category before you invest time applying.
