- Experienced Leader: You possess 8–10 years of experience in Store Development or Architectural Management, with at least 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience managing teams in a matrixed organization.
- Strong Communicator: You have a strong executive presence and the ability to build relationships with external and internal cross-functional partners.
- Results-Oriented: You have a proven track record of delivering high-end retail projects on time and within budget, even when faced with significant site or regulatory constraints.

Does Intuit sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Intuit sponsors H-1B visas and is one of the more active H-1B sponsors in the technology and software industry. Sponsorship is most common for software engineers, data scientists, and product roles. If you're pursuing an H-1B through Intuit, confirm sponsorship willingness early in the recruiting process since cap-subject filings require significant lead time.
Which visa types does Intuit sponsor?
Intuit sponsors a broad range of visa categories including H-1B, E-3, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, and supports Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 and EB-3 pathways. This makes Intuit a strong option for candidates at multiple stages of their immigration journey, from early OPT authorization through to permanent residency.
Which departments or roles at Intuit are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Intuit is most concentrated in technical and product functions, particularly software engineering, machine learning, data analytics, and product management. Roles within core product lines like TurboTax and QuickBooks tend to see the highest international hiring activity. Finance, marketing, and operations roles are less commonly sponsored.
How do I find visa-sponsored jobs at Intuit?
The most reliable approach is to search specifically for Intuit roles on Migrate Mate, which filters job listings by verified sponsorship history. How do I time my application to Intuit around H-1B deadlines?
H-1B cap-subject registration opens in early March each year, with USCIS selecting registrations by lottery shortly after. To be included, Intuit needs to have made a hire decision and initiated the petition process well before that window.
