Overview
We are looking for an AI Marketing Manager to join Intuit’s Marketing Futures Team, a group embedded in our broader marketing organization tasked with defining, piloting, and scaling AI enabled and future oriented marketing capabilities. You will own the strategy and execution of AI driven pilots inside live performance marketing campaigns and channels, with a mandate to compress time to launch, expand creative variant volume, and drive measurable lift in ROAS, CTR, CVR, and incrementality across paid social, paid search, programmatic, and owned channels.
This role sits at the intersection of performance media, generative creative production, and AI driven search. You will partner with paid media, creative, SEO, and web teams to embed AI into the campaign loop end to end, from creative variant generation through Adobe Gen Studio, Celtra, and other AI production platforms, to dynamic personalization at scale, to AEO and GEO optimization that captures incremental visibility in AI driven search surfaces. We are looking for a performance marketer who is an avid learner, experimenter, and builder ready to redefine how brands win in an AI native campaign environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI pilots inside live performance marketing campaigns across paid social, paid search, programmatic, and owned channels, with measurable goals tied to ROAS, CTR, CVR, and incremental GNS.
- Own creative production at scale workflows through Adobe Gen Studio, Celtra, and emerging AI creative platforms, generating high volume on brand variants for Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and DV360 with downstream connection to Motion for performance analysis.
- Partner with paid media, performance creative, and agency teams to design and run experiments that quantify AI driven lift over agency baselines on creative volume, time to launch, and channel performance.
- Build personalization at scale workflows that pair Adobe Gen Studio creative output with audience targeting, dynamic creative optimization, and landing page variation, with the goal of moving from campaign level testing toward audience level personalization.
- Develop and execute a content strategy optimized for AEO and GEO across Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and emerging AI native browsers, with structured content frameworks, schema markup, and entity rich metadata that drive citation and ranking.
- Track and analyze AI search performance using ProFound, Adobe LLM optimizer, including SGE SERP tracking, citation rates, and brand visibility across LLM platforms, and translate findings into prioritized content and SEO actions.
- Build and maintain reusable prompt/skill libraries, AI assisted creative briefs, and campaign workflow templates that scale across the marketing org and reduce cost per asset.
- Embed within performance marketing and creative teams during tentpole campaign moments to integrate AI from ideation through production, distribution, and post launch optimization.
- Design and run experiments that measure AI generated versus traditionally produced creative across tentpole campaigns, tracking performance lift, production efficiency, creative quality, and operational time savings.
- Partner with the Head of Marketing Futures and the Data and AI Systems Lead to graduate proven pilots from skill to MCP integration to production deployment within GTM Tech and engineering systems.
- Build and maintain internal playbooks and knowledge assets that enable the broader marketing org to adopt AI enabled performance marketing and content practices.
Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid media, with at least 2 years focused on AI driven creative production, AEO and GEO, or generative content workflows.
- Hands on experience with AI creative production platforms such as Adobe Gen Studio, Celtra, Runway, Midjourney, or VEO, including building templates, training brand systems, and shipping production grade variants into ad platforms.
- Working knowledge of paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, DV360) and how AI generated creative integrates with creative testing, dynamic creative optimization, and personalization workflows.
- Deep understanding of how LLMs surface and cite content, with hands on experience in schema markup, structured data, entity based optimization, and knowledge graph design.
- Proficiency with generative AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai) and experience building prompt libraries or AI assisted editorial and creative workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort working in data, metrics, and experimentation. Experience with performance marketing analytics (Datorama, GA4, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude) and SEO and GEO platforms (ProFound, Ahrefs, Semrush).
- Experience working within or alongside performance creative and campaign teams, with comfort operating in fast moving production environments for large scale marketing moments.
- Experience creating multi format content at scale (text, video, interactive) using AI enhanced production workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross functionally with technical, creative, performance, and analytics teams.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or regulated industries is a plus.

Frame your marketing credentials for U.S. specialty occupation standards
Marketing Manager roles must qualify as specialty occupations under H-1B rules, meaning your degree field needs to align with the role. Position your background in marketing, business, or communications clearly on your resume before applying.
Target Intuit's product-aligned marketing teams directly
Intuit staffs marketing managers within specific product lines like TurboTax and QuickBooks rather than a single central team. Searching by business unit rather than a generic title surfaces roles with distinct sponsorship histories and hiring timelines.
Find open roles using Migrate Mate to filter by visa type
Intuit sponsors multiple visa categories for Marketing Managers, including H-1B, E-3, and TN. Use Migrate Mate to filter open roles by the specific visa type you need, so you're only applying to positions where your situation is already supported.
Time your application around Intuit's fiscal hiring cycle
Intuit's fiscal year starts in August, and marketing headcount decisions often align with annual planning. Applications submitted between September and December tend to land ahead of approved headcount, giving your offer time to clear before H-1B cap season.
Confirm your offer letter specifies sponsorship before signing
Once you have an offer, verify that the written offer explicitly commits to visa sponsorship and names the visa type. Intuit's HR and legal teams file the Labor Condition Application with DOL before USCIS can process your H-1B petition, so this sequencing matters.
Prepare for cap-subject H-1B timing if you're changing status
If you're on F-1 OPT and targeting Intuit's April H-1B lottery window, your OPT end date and the October 1 cap-subject start date need to align. A 24-month STEM OPT extension buys the runway most candidates need to survive the gap.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Intuit sponsor H-1B visas for Marketing Managers?
Yes, Intuit sponsors H-1B visas for Marketing Manager roles. The company files petitions for both cap-subject and cap-exempt H-1B categories depending on your situation, and its legal team manages the Labor Condition Application with DOL as part of the standard hiring process. Marketing roles qualify as specialty occupations when a bachelor's degree in a directly related field is required.
Which visa types does Intuit commonly sponsor for Marketing Manager roles?
Intuit sponsors H-1B, E-3 visa, TN visa, and Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for Marketing Managers. F-1 OPT and CPT are also supported for students transitioning into full-time roles. Australian citizens can pursue the E-3 visa as an alternative to the H-1B lottery, and Canadian or Mexican nationals may qualify for TN visa status under the USMCA professional worker category.
How do I apply for Marketing Manager jobs at Intuit?
Apply directly through Intuit's careers site or use Migrate Mate to browse Marketing Manager openings filtered by your visa type. Intuit's marketing roles are organized by product line, so searching within TurboTax, QuickBooks, Credit Karma, or Mailchimp teams will return more targeted results than a broad title search. Tailor your application to the specific business context of each team.
What qualifications does Intuit expect for Marketing Manager positions?
Intuit typically expects a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, along with direct experience in product marketing, demand generation, or brand management. For senior roles, experience working within a technology or SaaS company is weighted heavily. Demonstrating cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams strengthens your application for Intuit's model, which integrates marketing closely with product development cycles.
How do I plan my timeline if I need Intuit to sponsor my H-1B?
USCIS opens H-1B registration each March, with approved petitions taking effect October 1. If you're on F-1 OPT, your employer needs your petition filed and selected in the lottery before your OPT expires. A STEM OPT extension gives you up to 24 additional months of work authorization, which covers most candidates through one or two lottery cycles. Start the offer and LCA process with Intuit's HR team no later than January to meet the March filing window.
