Overview
Intuit’s Enterprise Suite (IES) is transforming how mid-market and growing enterprise businesses manage their finances, projects, and operations — all in one connected platform. As we expand IES across industries like Construction, Manufacturing, Financial Services/Real Estate/Family Office, Tech, Non-profit, and Healthcare, we’re seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to define the strategy and narrative that drives vertical growth for the suite.
This is a senior, highly strategic, full-stack PMM role — combining market insight, product influence, packaging strategy, and storytelling leadership. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Industry GMs to define how IES competes, differentiates, and wins in each vertical — shaping the next chapter of Intuit’s mid-market expansion.
Responsibilities
Define the Vertical Strategy
- Lead the end-to-end product marketing strategy for industry expansion — from market sizing and segmentation to positioning, pricing, and launch planning.
- Identify high-growth verticals and subsegments with the strongest product-market fit, leveraging market, customer, and usage insights.
- Develop frameworks that guide how Intuit builds, packages, and monetizes vertical workflows across QuickBooks Advanced and IES.
- Partner with Finance, Analytics, and Product to model TAM, revenue potential, and attach opportunities across SKUs.
Shape Product and Packaging Decisions
- Influence the product roadmap by connecting customer needs to monetization and adoption opportunities within each industry.
- Define vertical editions, feature tiering, and pricing strategies that align with customer value and competitive dynamics.
- Collaborate with Product to ensure new capabilities are positioned for maximum adoption, revenue, and retention.
- Partner with PMMs across core departments to ensure a consistent and differentiated “vertical ERP” story.
Lead Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution
- Own the narrative for how IES delivers end-to-end industry workflows — ensuring clarity and resonance from the website to sales decks.
- Build the GTM blueprint for vertical launches, including naming, messaging, content strategy, enablement, and demand activation.
- Partner with Channel and Sales Enablement to equip sales teams with vertical-specific playbooks, proof points, and competitive positioning.
- Lead cross-functional readiness reviews to ensure alignment across product, sales, and marketing teams for each launch.
Act as a Strategic Thought Partner
- Serve as the senior voice of the market — regularly briefing leadership on trends, competitive movements, and opportunities for expansion.
- Advise cross-functional leaders on how to prioritize investments that accelerate vertical adoption and market share.
- Represent Intuit at industry events, customer councils, and analyst briefings as a credible thought leader for mid-market ERP innovation.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or go-to-market leadership
- Deep understanding of how to translate customer insight into product and packaging decisions.
- Track record of driving multi-vertical go-to-market initiatives that deliver measurable growth.
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills — able to inspire action across all levels of the organization.
- Analytical rigor with comfort in modeling market opportunities, pricing, and financial impact.
- Experience leading without authority — influencing roadmaps, org priorities, and cross-functional outcomes.
- Industry GTM expertise in Construction, Manufacturing, Financial Services/Real Estate/Family Office, Tech, Non-profit, or Healthcare industries.

Frame your marketing credentials for U.S. specialty occupation standards
Marketing Manager roles must qualify as specialty occupations under H-1B rules, meaning your degree field needs to align with the role. Position your background in marketing, business, or communications clearly on your resume before applying.
Target Intuit's product-aligned marketing teams directly
Intuit staffs marketing managers within specific product lines like TurboTax and QuickBooks rather than a single central team. Searching by business unit rather than a generic title surfaces roles with distinct sponsorship histories and hiring timelines.
Find open roles using Migrate Mate to filter by visa type
Intuit sponsors multiple visa categories for Marketing Managers, including H-1B, E-3, and TN. Use Migrate Mate to filter open roles by the specific visa type you need, so you're only applying to positions where your situation is already supported.
Time your application around Intuit's fiscal hiring cycle
Intuit's fiscal year starts in August, and marketing headcount decisions often align with annual planning. Applications submitted between September and December tend to land ahead of approved headcount, giving your offer time to clear before H-1B cap season.
Confirm your offer letter specifies sponsorship before signing
Once you have an offer, verify that the written offer explicitly commits to visa sponsorship and names the visa type. Intuit's HR and legal teams file the Labor Condition Application with DOL before USCIS can process your H-1B petition, so this sequencing matters.

Find Marketing Manager at Intuit JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Intuit sponsor H-1B visas for Marketing Managers?
Yes, Intuit sponsors H-1B visas for Marketing Manager roles. The company files petitions for both cap-subject and cap-exempt H-1B categories depending on your situation, and its legal team manages the Labor Condition Application with DOL as part of the standard hiring process. Marketing roles qualify as specialty occupations when a bachelor's degree in a directly related field is required.
Which visa types does Intuit commonly sponsor for Marketing Manager roles?
Intuit sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, and Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for Marketing Managers. F-1 OPT and CPT are also supported for students transitioning into full-time roles. Australian citizens can pursue the E-3 as an alternative to the H-1B lottery, and Canadian or Mexican nationals may qualify for TN status under the USMCA professional worker category.
How do I apply for Marketing Manager jobs at Intuit?
Apply directly through Intuit's careers site or use Migrate Mate to browse Marketing Manager openings filtered by your visa type. Intuit's marketing roles are organized by product line, so searching within TurboTax, QuickBooks, Credit Karma, or Mailchimp teams will return more targeted results than a broad title search. Tailor your application to the specific business context of each team.
What qualifications does Intuit expect for Marketing Manager positions?
Intuit typically expects a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, along with direct experience in product marketing, demand generation, or brand management. For senior roles, experience working within a technology or SaaS company is weighted heavily. Demonstrating cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams strengthens your application for Intuit's model, which integrates marketing closely with product development cycles.
How do I plan my timeline if I need Intuit to sponsor my H-1B?
USCIS opens H-1B registration each March, with approved petitions taking effect October 1. If you're on F-1 OPT, your employer needs your petition filed and selected in the lottery before your OPT expires. A STEM OPT extension gives you up to 24 additional months of work authorization, which covers most candidates through one or two lottery cycles. Start the offer and LCA process with Intuit's HR team no later than January to meet the March filing window.
