Overview
About the Role
Intuit is committed to creating solutions to power prosperity around the world, meeting the needs and improving the chances of success for businesses ranging from the small businesses that drive our economy to the mid-sized and enterprise businesses with broader scale and more complex needs. We look to accomplish this with a portfolio of solutions ranging from accounting, to financial management, to workforce, to digital payments and lending. Intuit is redefining financial management for mid-sized and enterprise businesses by combining enterprise-grade power with Intuit simplicity with a portfolio that includes Intuit Enterprise Suite, QuickBooks Online Advanced and QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. As Intuit expands its footprint in the ERP space with Intuit Enterprise Suite, the emerging mid-market portfolio of Desktop Enterprise and QuickBooks Online Advanced is repositioned to create a clear glidepath from small business accounting through to ERP. To bridge the gap between small business accounting solutions and our ERP as a financial management platform, we are seeking a senior, highly strategic Principal Product Marketing Manager to help shape the next chapter of Intuit’s mid-market and enterprise strategy.

- Analytically-minded, with the ability to develop clear hypotheses and collaborate cross-functionally with other product marketing teams, channel marketing, sales, finance, analytics, and product to test and iterate our way into how we solution-sell our platform particularly through sales channels, providing the customer insights, positioning, and content to drive demand.
- Demonstrate ownership of business outcomes, writing and managing a performance measurement plan for GTM strategies.
- Make go-forward recommendations and present and share learning and recommendations across the organization.
- Track performance and insights to inform future programs and continuously improve how we go to market.

Tips for Finding Product Marketing Manager Jobs at Intuit
Frame your PMM portfolio around product-led growth
Intuit's PMM roles emphasize go-to-market strategy for self-serve software products. Tailor your portfolio to show launch ownership, positioning work, and cross-functional collaboration with product and growth teams before you apply.
Clarify your visa category before interviews start
H-1B, E-3, and TN each follow different filing timelines and employer obligations. Know which category applies to you so you can answer sponsorship questions confidently and avoid delays once an offer is extended.
Target Intuit's segment-specific PMM openings
Intuit posts PMM roles tied to specific product segments like small business, consumer tax, and fintech. Applying to segment-aligned roles signals clear fit and increases your chances of reaching a hiring manager who already owns headcount.
Use Migrate Mate to filter verified Intuit PMM openings
Not every job board flags visa sponsorship accurately. Migrate Mate surfaces Intuit Product Marketing Manager roles with verified sponsorship eligibility, so you're not wasting applications on positions that won't support your status.
Understand the LCA requirement before your offer stage
Your employer must file a certified Labor Condition Application with the DOL before your H-1B petition can be submitted to USCIS. Ask your recruiter early whether Intuit's HR team initiates this process or relies on outside counsel.
Align your start date to your current status window
If you're on F-1 OPT, your authorization has a hard expiration date. Confirm with Intuit's recruiting team that your target start date falls within your authorized period, and flag OPT STEM extension eligibility if it applies to your degree.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Intuit sponsor H-1B visas for Product Marketing Managers?
Yes, Intuit sponsors H-1B visas for Product Marketing Manager roles. PMM positions at Intuit typically qualify as specialty occupations under USCIS guidelines given the degree requirements in marketing, business, or a related field. Because H-1B sponsorship is employer-initiated, confirm sponsorship availability with your recruiter early in the process before reaching the offer stage.
How do I apply for Product Marketing Manager jobs at Intuit?
Start by identifying segment-specific PMM openings on Intuit's careers site or through Migrate Mate, which filters for roles with confirmed visa sponsorship. Tailor your application to the specific product line (QuickBooks, TurboTax, Credit Karma) and highlight go-to-market experience relevant to that segment. Intuit's interview process typically includes a portfolio review, so prepare case studies in advance.
Which visa types does Intuit commonly sponsor for Product Marketing Managers?
Intuit sponsors several visa categories for PMM roles, including H-1B, E-3 visa (for Australian citizens), TN visa (for Canadian and Mexican nationals), and F-1 OPT and CPT for recent graduates. Intuit also supports Green Card pathways through EB-2 and EB-3 classifications for longer-tenured employees. The right category depends on your nationality, degree, and current immigration status.
What qualifications does Intuit expect for Product Marketing Manager roles?
Intuit's PMM roles generally require a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or a closely related field, with several years of product marketing experience in a software or SaaS environment. Strong candidates demonstrate ownership of product launches, cross-functional collaboration with engineering and design teams, and familiarity with positioning for self-serve or freemium products. MBA credentials are common but not universally required.
How do I plan my timeline if I need visa sponsorship from Intuit?
Timeline depends heavily on your visa category. H-1B petitions are subject to an annual lottery with a filing window in April, so an October start date is typical for new H-1B holders. E-3 and TN visas move faster, often resolving within weeks. If you're on F-1 OPT, factor in your expiration date and whether a STEM extension applies. Raise your timeline with Intuit's recruiting team as early as possible.
