Overview
Intuit’s Enterprise Suite (IES) is transforming how mid-market and growing enterprise businesses manage their finances, projects, and operations — all in one connected platform. As we expand IES across industries like Construction, Manufacturing, Financial Services/Real Estate/Family Office, Tech, Non-profit, and Healthcare, we’re seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to define the strategy and narrative that drives vertical growth for the suite.
This is a senior, highly strategic, full-stack PMM role — combining market insight, product influence, packaging strategy, and storytelling leadership. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Industry GMs to define how IES competes, differentiates, and wins in each vertical — shaping the next chapter of Intuit’s mid-market expansion.
Responsibilities
Define the Vertical Strategy
- Lead the end-to-end product marketing strategy for industry expansion — from market sizing and segmentation to positioning, pricing, and launch planning.
- Identify high-growth verticals and subsegments with the strongest product-market fit, leveraging market, customer, and usage insights.
- Develop frameworks that guide how Intuit builds, packages, and monetizes vertical workflows across QuickBooks Advanced and IES.
- Partner with Finance, Analytics, and Product to model TAM, revenue potential, and attach opportunities across SKUs.
Shape Product and Packaging Decisions
- Influence the product roadmap by connecting customer needs to monetization and adoption opportunities within each industry.
- Define vertical editions, feature tiering, and pricing strategies that align with customer value and competitive dynamics.
- Collaborate with Product to ensure new capabilities are positioned for maximum adoption, revenue, and retention.
- Partner with PMMs across core departments to ensure a consistent and differentiated “vertical ERP” story.
Lead Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution
- Own the narrative for how IES delivers end-to-end industry workflows — ensuring clarity and resonance from the website to sales decks.
- Build the GTM blueprint for vertical launches, including naming, messaging, content strategy, enablement, and demand activation.
- Partner with Channel and Sales Enablement to equip sales teams with vertical-specific playbooks, proof points, and competitive positioning.
- Lead cross-functional readiness reviews to ensure alignment across product, sales, and marketing teams for each launch.
Act as a Strategic Thought Partner
- Serve as the senior voice of the market — regularly briefing leadership on trends, competitive movements, and opportunities for expansion.
- Advise cross-functional leaders on how to prioritize investments that accelerate vertical adoption and market share.
- Represent Intuit at industry events, customer councils, and analyst briefings as a credible thought leader for mid-market ERP innovation.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or go-to-market leadership
- Deep understanding of how to translate customer insight into product and packaging decisions.
- Track record of driving multi-vertical go-to-market initiatives that deliver measurable growth.
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills — able to inspire action across all levels of the organization.
- Analytical rigor with comfort in modeling market opportunities, pricing, and financial impact.
- Experience leading without authority — influencing roadmaps, org priorities, and cross-functional outcomes.
- Industry GTM expertise in Construction, Manufacturing, Financial Services/Real Estate/Family Office, Tech, Non-profit, or Healthcare industries.

Frame Your PMP Around Intuit's Product Org
Intuit's operations roles sit close to product and engineering. Tailor your resume to show project coordination across software release cycles, not just general ops work. Reviewers are looking for candidates who understand agile delivery environments.
Confirm Sponsorship Before Your First Interview
Intuit sponsors multiple visa types for this role, but individual hiring teams control timelines. Ask your recruiter directly whether the specific Operations Project Manager opening is approved for sponsorship before you invest time in multiple interview rounds.
Target Intuit Roles Through Migrate Mate
Search for Operations Project Manager openings at Intuit on Migrate Mate, which filters jobs by visa sponsorship type. This saves you from applying to postings where sponsorship eligibility is ambiguous or not confirmed for your visa category.
Align Your Degree Field With Specialty Occupation Standards
USCIS requires that your degree field directly relates to the operations management role. A business, engineering, or information systems background strengthens your H-1B petition. A general degree in an unrelated field can draw a Request for Evidence.
Understand Intuit's Fiscal Year Hiring Cycle
Intuit's headcount approvals typically align with its fiscal year, which ends in July. Operations Project Manager roles often open in the fall and spring. Timing your application ahead of those windows gives you the best chance of landing a role before H-1B cap season.

Find Operations Project Manager at Intuit JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Intuit sponsor H-1B visas for Operations Project Managers?
Yes, Intuit sponsors H-1B visas for Operations Project Manager roles. The company has a documented history of filing H-1B petitions across its operations and program management functions. Because H-1B cap-subject petitions must be filed in April for an October 1 start, you'll want to secure your offer well before that window closes each year.
How do I apply for Operations Project Manager jobs at Intuit?
Apply directly through Intuit's careers site or browse open Operations Project Manager roles filtered by visa sponsorship on Migrate Mate. When you apply, tailor your resume to reflect cross-functional program delivery in a technology environment. After submitting, expect a recruiter screen followed by multiple rounds covering both behavioral and operational case-style questions.
Which visa types does Intuit commonly use for Operations Project Manager roles?
Intuit sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, F-1 OPT, and J-1 visas for operations roles, along with immigrant pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship. E-3 is available to Australian citizens and is often faster to process than H-1B. TN works for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying management or professional categories under the USMCA.
What qualifications does Intuit expect for Operations Project Manager candidates?
Intuit typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, combined with experience managing cross-functional projects in a technology or software environment. PMP certification or familiarity with agile frameworks is a common differentiator. For visa sponsorship purposes, your degree field should align with the role's specialty occupation requirements under USCIS standards.
How long does the sponsorship and hiring process take at Intuit?
From offer letter to visa approval, the timeline depends on your visa type. H-1B sponsorship through Intuit follows the standard USCIS cap cycle, with premium processing available to reduce adjudication to 15 business days. E-3 and TN visas can move faster, sometimes within weeks. The PERM labor certification process for Green Card sponsorship typically takes one to two years beyond the initial employment start.
