Qualifications
- 12+ years developing systems and software for large scale business environments
- 8+ years designing complex distributed systems, platforms, or business applications
- Hands-on experience integrating AI into production software, ideally driving AI projects standalone with commoditized AI tools and agentic workflows
- Experience modernizing systems toward AI-native patterns; experience driving AI architectural decisions across multiple teams a plus
- Full-stack experience with modern AI/ML platforms (Vertex AI, SageMaker, Bedrock), LLM APIs, agent orchestration frameworks, vector databases, and Python
- Depth in at least one of:
- Front-end: React, Angular, SwiftUI (iOS), Kotlin (Android)
- Back-end: Java, TypeScript, Spring, Node.js
- Production experience in AWS or GCP
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Track record of influencing technical strategy across business units and aligning executives
- Strong mentor; able to develop technical leaders and shape engineering culture
- Excellent communicator; makes decisive technical calls in ambiguity

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
