Frame your BA credentials around fintech product experience
Intuit's BA roles sit inside product and engineering teams building financial software. Translate your experience into product analytics, user story development, or cross-functional requirements gathering so your resume speaks the language their hiring managers use.
Identify openings using Migrate Mate to filter by sponsorship
Search Migrate Mate to find current Business Analyst openings at Intuit filtered by visa type. This saves time you'd otherwise spend manually confirming whether individual postings include sponsorship eligibility for your situation.
Confirm your role qualifies as a specialty occupation
For H-1B filing, USCIS requires the BA position to meet specialty occupation standards. Make sure your offer letter specifies a degree requirement in a directly related field, not just a generalized preference for any bachelor's degree.
Prepare your international degree equivalency documentation early
If your bachelor's degree is from outside the U.S., have a credential evaluation completed before the offer stage. Intuit's immigration team will need this to support the specialty occupation determination when filing your petition with USCIS.

Does Intuit sponsor H-1B visas for Business Analysts?
Yes, Intuit sponsors H-1B visas for Business Analyst roles. The role needs to qualify as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards, meaning the position must require a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific related field. Intuit's legal team handles the petition process, but you'll need to confirm sponsorship eligibility with your recruiter during the offer stage, since not every BA posting at every level is guaranteed to qualify.
How do I apply for Business Analyst jobs at Intuit?
Apply through Intuit's careers portal or browse open BA roles on Migrate Mate, which filters listings by visa sponsorship type so you can identify positions that match your authorization. Tailor your application to the specific product area, whether that's the consumer tax segment, small business platforms, or Intuit's data and analytics teams. BA roles at Intuit are competitive, so aligning your resume to product-focused business analysis rather than general operations analysis strengthens your candidacy.
Which visa types does Intuit commonly use for Business Analyst roles?
Intuit sponsors a range of visa categories for BA roles, including H-1B, E-3 for Australian citizens, TN for Canadian and Mexican nationals, and F-1 OPT and CPT for students completing degree programs in the U.S. For candidates pursuing permanent residency, Intuit also supports EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways through the PERM labor certification process. The appropriate category depends on your nationality, current status, and the role's requirements.
What qualifications does Intuit expect for Business Analyst roles?
Most BA roles at Intuit require a bachelor's degree in a field like business, information systems, computer science, or a related discipline. Beyond the degree, Intuit's product-focused BA positions typically look for experience translating business requirements into technical specifications, proficiency with data analysis tools, and familiarity with agile development environments. Roles tied to financial products may also expect working knowledge of tax, accounting, or fintech workflows.
How do I navigate the sponsorship timeline as a Business Analyst candidate at Intuit?
The timeline depends on your current visa status. If you're on F-1 OPT, Intuit can file an H-1B cap petition in April for an October 1 start, giving you a specific window to target. For E-3 and TN visas, consular or border processing timelines are shorter, often under four weeks once the LCA is certified by DOL. Starting your application process at least three to four months before your target start date gives Intuit's immigration team enough runway to file without using premium processing.
