Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Business Data Analyst Jobs at Intuit Jobs
Align your credentials to Intuit's specialty occupation standard
Intuit's H-1B filings for analyst roles typically cite computer science, statistics, or information systems as the qualifying degree field. If your degree is in a related but adjacent discipline, gather evidence that your coursework directly supports data analysis work.
Target Intuit's product analytics and finance teams first
Business Data Analyst openings at Intuit cluster around QuickBooks, TurboTax, and Credit Karma product lines. Roles supporting these products tend to move faster through hiring than corporate functions, shortening the window between offer and sponsorship initiation.
Use Migrate Mate to identify active Business Data Analyst openings at Intuit
Search Migrate Mate's job board filtered by Intuit and your visa type to surface roles actively accepting sponsorship. This saves time you'd otherwise spend screening listings that don't support your authorization status.
Prepare for DOL prevailing wage scrutiny at the offer stage
Intuit's Labor Condition Application must certify your offered wage meets or exceeds the DOL prevailing wage for the role's location and level. If your offer comes in at Level I, be prepared to negotiate, since USCIS increasingly scrutinizes analyst petitions filed below Level II.

Find Business Data Analyst at Intuit JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Intuit sponsor H-1B visas for Business Data Analysts?
Yes, Intuit sponsors H-1B visas for Business Data Analyst roles. The company participates in the annual H-1B cap lottery each April, so timing your offer to land before the registration window in March is important. Intuit also uses premium processing in many cases, which reduces USCIS adjudication to roughly 15 business days once the petition is filed.
How do I apply for Business Data Analyst jobs at Intuit?
Apply directly through Intuit's careers site or browse open roles filtered by sponsorship eligibility on Migrate Mate. Tailor your resume to highlight SQL proficiency, experience with large-scale data pipelines, and any work tied to financial or consumer products. Intuit's recruiter screens move quickly, so having your credentials and visa documentation ready before your first call helps.
Which visa types does Intuit commonly sponsor for Business Data Analyst roles?
Intuit sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, and F-1 OPT for Business Data Analyst positions. Australian citizens are eligible for the E-3, which carries no lottery and has a much shorter processing timeline than H-1B. Canadian and Mexican nationals may qualify for TN status under the USMCA. Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 PERM is available for longer-tenured employees.
What qualifications does Intuit expect for Business Data Analyst roles?
Intuit typically requires a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a closely related field. Hands-on experience with SQL, Python or R, and business intelligence tools like Tableau or Looker is expected. For H-1B specialty occupation eligibility, your degree must align specifically with the analytical responsibilities of the role, not just general business coursework.
How do I time my application to avoid gaps in work authorization?
If you're on F-1 OPT, apply at least three to four months before your authorization expires to allow time for Intuit's hiring process and H-1B petition preparation. USCIS requires the cap-subject H-1B petition to be filed before OPT ends for cap-gap protection to apply. If you miss the April lottery, an E-3 or TN may bridge the gap while you wait for the next cycle.
