About the Team:
You will be a part of the Network Operations Excellence (NOE) team which is a component of the Global Support and Integrity Operations (GSIO) organization. The primary role of this organization is to provide the best support for Dashers, Consumers and Merchants to maximize Customer retention while minimizing cost. We achieve this by creating feedback mechanisms and insights to influence process design and resource allocation to improve the experience. Our ultimate objective is to enhance the experience of all customers engaging with DoorDash, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs). About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Analyst to join our Access Command team. In this role, you will play a key part in the delivery of mission-critical provisioning services for our global BPO support agents. You'll ensure seamless tool access, conduct thorough compliance audits, and lead process improvement initiatives. In addition to access provisioning and audit responsibilities, you will also own documentation and workflow processes to support scalability and ensure operational consistency.
This is a high-ownership role requiring strong problem-solving skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage technical complexities with confidence. You will report into the Strategic Planning & Execution Manager within the NOE organization.
Must be based in one of the following locations: New York, Seattle, San Francisco, Tempe, Sunnyvale and able to travel pending the needs of the business. Required to make bi-yearly trips for team on-sites.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will:
- Provision and manage user access across multiple platforms (e.g., Weaver, Sigma, Snowflake, OKTA Admin, Salesforce, Jira, Slack, Amazon Connect, and proprietary DoorDash tools).
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle access management for internal and external (BPO) support teams.
- Perform comprehensive audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with SOX/SOC standards.
- Triage high-priority access issues and work closely with vendor partners and internal stakeholders to resolve them swiftly.
- Troubleshoot complex identity issues (e.g., authentication failures, provisioning errors, access discrepancies).
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as SOP development, automation efforts, and system cleanups.
- Integrate identity platforms with SaaS and internal applications using SAML, SCIM, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Engage directly with senior leadership to manage escalations and drive alignment on strategic access initiatives.
- Support and educate end-users on IAM processes and tools to promote efficiency and self-service.
We're excited about you because you:
- Have 3+ years of experience in access management, provisioning, or technical support in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Possess in-depth knowledge of security protocols, SOX/SOC compliance, and access control principles.
- Are proficient with access management tools like OKTA, Jira, Salesforce, and Amazon Connect.
- Have a working knowledge of SQL and can use it to troubleshoot and validate access data.
- Demonstrate strong ownership, communication skills, and the ability to influence without authority.
- Thrive in changing environments, learn new technologies quickly, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Value clarity and structure, with proven experience documenting technical and operational workflows.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Business Analyst Jobs at DoorDash Jobs
Tailor your portfolio to DoorDash's data stack
DoorDash Business Analysts work heavily with SQL, Python, and experimentation frameworks tied to marketplace metrics like dasher utilization and merchant GMV. Highlight projects where you moved a business metric, not just built a dashboard.
Target roles on DoorDash's analytics engineering boundary
DoorDash often posts Business Analyst roles that sit between product and data engineering teams. Jobs labeled 'Strategy and Operations' or 'Analytics' under their product org are often the strongest sponsorship candidates, so read the team description carefully before applying.
Verify your OPT start date against the interview timeline
If you're on F-1 OPT, DoorDash's hiring cycle for Business Analyst roles can run eight to twelve weeks. Make sure your OPT authorization start date gives you enough runway to clear the offer and onboarding process before your STEM OPT extension becomes the safety net.
Ask about H-1B filing timing during the offer stage
H-1B cap-subject petitions must be filed by April 1 for an October 1 start. If you receive a DoorDash offer in late spring or summer, clarify whether they'll file in the next registration cycle or support a cap-exempt path through a research institution arrangement.
Use Migrate Mate to filter Business Analyst openings by visa type
DoorDash lists Business Analyst roles across multiple teams and locations at any given time. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for roles compatible with your visa category so you're applying to positions where sponsorship is already confirmed.
Confirm LCA wage level alignment before negotiating salary
DoorDash must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL certifying your offered wage meets the prevailing wage for your role and work location. Understanding which wage level your experience maps to helps you negotiate within the band the LCA will support.

Does DoorDash sponsor H-1B visas for Business Analysts?
Yes, DoorDash sponsors H-1B visas for Business Analyst roles. The company has a consistent history of filing H-1B petitions for analytical functions across its product, operations, and strategy teams. If you're cap-subject, sponsorship is tied to the April registration window, so confirming your offer timeline with your recruiter early in the process matters.
How do I apply for Business Analyst jobs at DoorDash?
Applications go through DoorDash's careers portal, where Business Analyst roles are listed under teams like Product, Strategy and Operations, and Analytics. Migrate Mate aggregates these openings and lets you filter by visa type, so you can identify which postings align with your sponsorship situation before investing time in the application. Tailor your resume to marketplace or platform analytics experience.
Which visa types does DoorDash sponsor for Business Analyst roles?
DoorDash sponsors a broad range of visa categories for Business Analysts, including H-1B, H-1B1 for Chilean and Singaporean nationals, E-3 for Australian nationals, TN for Canadian and Mexican nationals, and F-1 OPT and CPT for students. For longer-term permanent residence pathways, they also support EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship for qualifying employees.
What qualifications does DoorDash expect for Business Analyst roles?
DoorDash Business Analyst roles typically require strong SQL proficiency, experience with large datasets, and the ability to translate analysis into product or operational decisions. Most mid-level postings expect a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, or computer science, along with prior experience in a data-driven environment, ideally at a marketplace or technology company.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take at DoorDash for Business Analysts?
Timeline depends on your visa category. H-1B sponsorship runs on an annual cycle with a start date of October 1. E-3 and TN sponsorship can move faster, often completing within four to eight weeks of an offer. USCIS premium processing, which DoorDash may elect for H-1B petitions, reduces adjudication time to roughly 15 business days once the petition is filed.
