Frame your metrics in Intuit's product language
Intuit evaluates Growth PMs on funnel optimization, activation rates, and revenue impact. Before applying, reframe your resume around those exact outcomes so your experience maps directly to what their hiring teams are screening for.
Target teams working on core Intuit platforms
Growth PM roles at Intuit cluster around TurboTax, QuickBooks, and Credit Karma. Applications tied to specific product lines tend to move faster than general applications because hiring managers own defined growth objectives.
Verify your visa category matches the role level
Intuit sponsors multiple visa types, but the category that applies depends on your nationality and status. Australians should confirm E-3 eligibility early. F-1 OPT holders should check whether STEM extension coverage applies to product management at a software company.
Use Migrate Mate to identify open Growth PM roles
Intuit posts Growth PM positions across multiple locations and product lines. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for roles that include visa sponsorship, so you're not spending time on listings that won't support your immigration status.
Ask about LCA filing timelines during offer negotiation
Your employer must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before USCIS can process your H-1B petition. Clarify with Intuit's immigration team how long LCA certification typically takes so your start date aligns with petition processing windows.
Build a portfolio showing cross-functional growth work
Intuit's Growth PM interviews lean heavily on case studies involving experimentation, data analysis, and cross-functional execution. Document specific A/B tests, growth loops, or lifecycle campaigns you've owned, with measurable outcomes attached to each example.

Find Growth Product Manager at Intuit JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Intuit sponsor H-1B visas for Growth Product Managers?
Yes, Intuit sponsors H-1B visas for Growth Product Manager roles. The process requires your employer to first obtain a certified Labor Condition Application from the DOL, then file an H-1B petition with USCIS. If you're subject to the H-1B cap, your petition enters the annual lottery, so timing your offer and application window matters.
Which visa types does Intuit commonly sponsor for Growth Product Manager roles?
Intuit sponsors a range of visa categories for this function, including H-1B, E-3 (for Australian citizens), TN (for Canadian and Mexican nationals), F-1 OPT and CPT, J-1, and employment-based Green Card pathways such as EB-2 and EB-3. The right category depends on your nationality, educational background, and current immigration status.
What qualifications does Intuit expect for Growth Product Manager roles?
Intuit typically looks for candidates with experience running growth experiments, analyzing funnel metrics, and collaborating with engineering and design teams. A background in product management at a software or fintech company strengthens your application. Familiarity with tools like SQL, Amplitude, or Mixpanel and a track record of measurable growth outcomes are commonly assessed in interviews.
How do I apply for Growth Product Manager jobs at Intuit?
You can browse and apply for Growth Product Manager positions at Intuit through Migrate Mate, which filters for roles that include visa sponsorship so you can confirm your status is supported before applying. Intuit's interview process generally includes a recruiter screen, a case study or product exercise, and panel interviews with cross-functional stakeholders. Preparing growth-focused case studies in advance is strongly recommended.
How do I time my application if my OPT or visa status has an expiration date?
If you're on F-1 OPT, standard work authorization lasts 12 months, with a 24-month STEM extension available for qualifying roles at E-Verify enrolled employers. Intuit participates in E-Verify, which is required for STEM OPT. Start your application at least four to six months before your OPT expires to give enough time for an offer, LCA certification, and H-1B petition filing.
